Wrong size sent, Fedex return needed
The slippers themselves are super cute, but I was sent the wrong size and they were supposed to go in my daughter’s stocking. These aren’t sold in stores and I didn’t notice until I was going to wrap them, so I couldn’t get correct ones in time. Additionally, you can’t return for a replacement so I had to place a second order. Then they still want me to return the wrong size. However, you can’t do it in the store. So, to get my refund for their error, I now have to print off a return label and get to a FedEx. Just a very frustrating experience for a pair of children’s slippers.
