Very cute doll but it had chipped paint on the face upon opening. It was the side of her cheek by her neck so not obvious in the box but extremely noticeable out of the box. It was a Christmas present for my daughter and she was so excited I didn’t have the heart to take it away after months of her asking for it. There is also missing paint in some other places and we told her they were birth marks. But it was very disappointing to see. I personally felt like it was a waste of money. I’d expect the doll to come in much better condition, especially for the price. The accessories and outfit are very cute.

Adorable but the paint fades :(
I bought two because I thought one was a redhead with how it looked in the picture but they turned out to be twins instead. I was going to buy more of different colors but after seeing how their paint comes off I decided not to. I love how they giggle and interact with the wand. there was a night where I got a little freaked out because they were going off and nobody was around. I had the other brand of doll in the green for a lot longer and it's paint didn't come off so I know it has to be a manufacturing error with this brand because it's only been 4 months and it happened to both the dolls. They are so adorable but I'm just really disappointed in the paint quality.

Wand doesnt work
This doll would get 5 stars if the wand feature worked. But unfortunately it’s very very hard to get it to work correctly. Since we’ve had the doll (a few weeks) we’ve only gotten the wand to work 3 times.

Can’t rate doll effectively as I never received it. Horrible shipping service. I ordered a doll after 12 days of not being here. I call customer service because it says it can’t be delivered. They issue a new order with a new doll says it’s out for delivery and same thing now it’s a weather delay when there’s no weather that is delaying anything around my area. Too heavy, hard, and eye lids make terrible noise
Doll is super cute but very heavy and the eyelids made a terrible sound when you move it around so it just makes a clinking jiggle sound. It’s also just so hard and heavy, my daughter plays with it but she’s more found of more soft cuddley dolls or other babies who have lighter more flexible plastic. Wanted to love it and collect them all but I was disappointed in quality for how expensive it was. I will not be collecting anymore for her.
