Bemis Haven 5000
I bought This expensive unit from a high end plumbing store when I did my remodel three years ago. It broke within the first year and I had to send it back and then it broke two times after that. I paid for it once. It only has a one year warranty and now it is broken again. They do not do anything since it only has a one year warranty. It was very expensive and it should have not had all these problems. And they will do nothing. I did all their suggestions trying to fix it myself and it still won't work That's been the way with all the repairs. I think their product is junk and I would not buy another one.

Great product easy to use
The control is easy to use. Setup was easy since we already had a previous biobidet that we were replacing. Auto toilet lids are convenient. No complaints, works well.

much different than the USPA 6800, not better
Received the Horizon as a warranty replacement for the USPA 6800. It is quite different, not providing the 2 personal settings available on the 6800. The water pressure is very noisy, distractingly so. The connection system to the toilet is very difficult to get properly anchored, unlike the 6800 system, the remote is bit odd as it is horizontal not vertical config, with unclear indicators for nozzle position and for water pressure. The manual is very limited in info, needs to be much more useful, such as how to turn off the auto seat cover open/close, which is just plain silly. Frankly I do not really like it and preferred the 6800, as well as the VOVO seat which I also have.

BB2000 is a lifesaver
We have been using the BB2000 for approx 9 years and we are extremely impressed both with the company itself and the actual BB2000 unit. We have experienced malfunctions with the units and the company is very quick at replacing defective units. Our adult son lives with us,he is physically challenged and without the BB2000 our lives would be very difficult the unit gives our son the ability to look after his own hygiene without our assistance which is very important to his mental well being.

Easy to install and works well!
I bought this unit a few weeks ago and installed it right away. The installation was straightforward and went smoothly for my first bidet install. I had no issues other than needing to tighten the plastic nuts with pliers a few days after installing to keep the unit from moving around. It works great and I'm very happy with this purchase!

Not as quiet or as warm as previous seats
I purchased two BB-2000 Seats 2 years ago and was totally satisfied with them. Just moved in to another house, purchased 3 BB- 2000 seats and have installed 2 of them thus far. Regrettably both of these seats are much, much louder and can be heard well outside the bathroom when the unit is in the operation of supplying cleansing water. Noise when the fan is turned on is comparable to the previous 2 seats however fan operation in both seats recently purchased do not appear to be providing the level of warmth as did the previous seats.

Peels the skin off without enough water to clean
This unit is a Flagship but fails to clean double the toilet paper use it's not wide enough to clean it does have plenty of power but no water to go with it you get hit with cold water after it runs and starts up. YOu get hit with cold every time. It water doesn't make sense to get hit by 55° water. No light on remote. Can a person drill out the nozzle to allow more water to flow good question for engineering.

Just One Wish
We upgraded our primary bath recently and purchased a BioBidet 2000 on our plumber’s recommendation and are very happy with it. The options and features are very user friendly and setup was easy. My only wish would be that the remote was backlit so it could be read in the dark. Otherwise no issues at all.
