Smells amazing but very poor performance and projection

I was very disappointed with the services provided, I had chosen the couture gift box, but it ended up coming in an eco friendly packaging, this colcone was supposed to be a gift for someone. Since I wasn't aware it was coming in the Eco friendly packaging I ended up opening the gift. I'm disappointed I didn't get the couture gift box, it just fathoms me how a multimillion dollar company doesn't have enough inventory to give people what they ask for? At least a warning would've been nice, an email to say "Sorry we are out of the couture gift boxes, we will be sending you the eco friendly one. At least that way I wouldn't have opened the packaging.The Colgone itself was in good condition, I also got the engraving done, I wasn't TOO pleased with it, I had expected it to be a little bit bigger and more bold, considering the same colour of font was the same as the colour of colgone itself, so it kinda got camouflaged. The only reason I bought from the website itself was for the services, I just got the engraving done because I happened to see it, or else I was about to order a simple plain cologone. To wait for the delivery for such a disappointing result isn't a good feeling. In the amount of time I wasted, waiting and expecting something good, I could have gone to the closest retail shop and purchase it direct from there instead of ordering online. The prices were the same anyways. Never gonna purchase from the website ever again, if I ever do need to purchase something I will just be going into the in-person boutiques of dior, but that too won't happen because I live in a city where there are no Dior boutiques. Very disappointing for a well known company.
