    Bad Website

    I ordered a Diaper Bag Backpack today. Five minutes after submitting my order, I tried to edit the Order #902002491630066 to change the color from blue to lt. grey. I was told by your Chat Rep. "Jbri" that it was impossible to make this simple change. I worked in IT for many years in CA & I know this request was doable. Your website is not user-friendly & I won't be using it again.

    Fits a lot.

    I am very happy with this. I purchased in Grey and I love all of the pockets and accessories. So far I have been able to fit everything I need and then some. I even have a travel anti choking mechanism in there and can still fit all of the baby essentials.

    Big but not durable

    I bought this bag 3 1/2 months ago and have only been using it 2 1/2 months when my child was born. I noticed the tear about one month into using it and I only use it about one time a week. The tear keeps getting bigger and I do not overpack it--there's always extra room. My only thought is that the bottle pocket may not be designed for the bottles (Philips Avent) I use even though they easily fit. I am very happy with all the pockets and space but disappointed in the overall quality.

    Great bag

    Bought this from target then I found it a lot cheaper at a competitor listed on the target ‘list of approved competitors’ but they denied the price match because “item is sold by third party” and not target. Buy it elsewhere for a better deal. The bag itself is really nice!!

    Great quality and lots of room

    Came nicely in a garment bag and everything. Feels like durable, good quality fabric and zippers. Lots more room in the pockets than I was expecting.
