The seat is small, best used for a teenage student. The seat is very firm. Do love the vibrant red color.

great quaility also good support on your back which is why I got it for my dad his original was wore out and didn't have the back on it any more.

For the price this chair is exactly what you’d expect! Comfortable enough to get by, but after a year or two it is just not comfortable as the padding has compacted quite a bit. Not great for long term, full time use but it works! I took the back rest off, as it was sort of wobbly and noisy.

Perfect size for my 16 year old's bedroom desk table. Very comfortable.

Delivery was fast. One piece was cracked , but didn't interfere with the interlgrity of the chair.

Pro: Nice blue color, nice material, seems like good padding. Con: The description says "no tools required" for assembly so I assumed that you had to do simple things, like snapping the casters onto the base. Instead, the chair arrives almost completely disassembled, and you definitely need tools to assemble it, as shown in the lengthy instructions. The chair base plate needs to be attached to the underside of the seat, the "stem"between the seat and the casters must be fastened, the back has to be fastened, then the casters go on. This was way more work than I thought it would be, and more than i was willing to do. Returned.

I bought 2 chairs, one works perfectly fine but I have issues with the other, it seems that the seat doesn't fit right in the pole so the chair is all wiggly and not stable. I tried to get info on how to adjust or check if I did something wrong but couldn't find any help.

I have to spend 8 to 10 hours on this and I find myself re-positioning quite a bit. Long story short, it hurts my bottom. Back support it not bad. Very easy to assemble though. Fast delivery.

This chair is simple, yet incredibly comfortable. I am a writer and can easily be at my computer for hours; this chair provides the support I need as the hours slip by unnoticed. I added a small pillow in the back that helps me sit up even straighter. I would buy this chair again in a heartbeat. Five star all the way.

The chair itself is fine and what I wanted. When it arrived, however, the plastic adjustment knob was broken in the bottom of the box. I was able to assemble the chair and followed the manufacturer inserts to call and get a replacement know... a minimal small part. I was directed to email my info and receipt to the manufacturer and the part would be sent out. After not hearing, I emailed again to no avail. After calling today, I was directed to the Boss Chair home office in CA where I was give a new email address to send my request. I have now received an email saying quote: "we can not do any Orders for Target you will need to contact Target direct. I do apologize for any inconvenience." The on-line Target return/replacement requires me to return the chair to the store... which I will not be doing as I've used a wrench to adjust the chair. Who has time for this???? I guess I would recommend not ordering this item on-line or just take your chances that it is delivered intact.

Chair was great, but unfortunately I had to return it because the photo online looks like a red chair, but when it came it was a dark burgandy with a purplish thread running through it and it totally clashed with my other red office chair.
