A: It comes in one big box that won't fit through the doors on a sedan. The back rest piece is wrapped individually (fit in my backseat) and the base of the chair was wrapped and was tied in my trunk.

Cute but cannot close footrest. My husband has to do it which is not cool. I have to use my hands and still can’t get it closed sometimes. Ruins the function of the chair when post partum and getting in and out of chair holding a newborn.

Great chair! I saw this on TikTok and read reviews on Target and decided to try it out. Super easy to set up and the material is very soft and a nice color. The chair is comfy and rocks and reclines well. It is a little tough for me to push in the foot rest while pregnant but super easy for my husband. Would definitely recommend! Can't beat the price.

Perfect greenguard glider
LOVE this glider chair! It is so incredibly comfortable. I'm 5'3 and my husband is 5'10 and it works great for both of us. Even our 6 year old loves rocking in it. I really love that it has a high back, and offers lots of support. I read other reviews about the ottoman being hard to close from the reclined position (and it is) so I got a separate one. I prefer having a separate ottoman anyway because we'll mainly be using it for rocking the baby, and it gives good rocking leverage. Super amazing price for being Greenguard certified, and just overall so cute!

Target customer service is terrible
The customer service team is absolutely horrendous. Inventory shows the item in stock but cancels the order for in-store pickup. When I asked for help to change to shipping they said they couldn’t do that, and they can’t reissue the coupon I used. It was a headache getting the giftcard I used reissued. They charged me $0.05 for an in store pickup they couldn’t fulfill. Their customer service chat personnel are terrible and end the chat without actually helping or asking if there is anything else to help with. Thanks a lot Layla and Ricardo, I saved the chat. Now the item is on sale and they are refusing to price match properly.
