Disappointing
I was looking forward to this dollhouse for my kids. I thought the quality wood be similar to wooden play kitchens, it is not. The “wood” seems like cheap particle board. The wallpaper came scratched & already peeling in some areas. Doors are flimsy & will probably be the first thing to break. Elevator is hard to move up & down. Only purple ear lights up. I bought this on sale & considered keeping up, but I was just so disappointed in the quality. I ended up returning it. I would not pay full price for this, not worth it. Not even worth the sale price ($125). Side note: advertised as “light up ears” & white ear has slot for battery and speaker, but manufacturer said white ear is not meant to function. I think it was a manufacturing error because if it was not meant to function why not have a solid backing for the white ear instead.

Agree with most of the reviews. One ear missing springs for batteries. Poorly and cheaply made for price. Disappointing as this was the primary gift for my daughter that she kept asking for and only wanted. She was pleased but I was not. Assemble took longer than expected.

For the dollhouse to be wooden it’s POORLY built. Elevator gets stuck and won’t move up or down sometimes. Ears are missing battery springs. The door hinges on top are so cheap the doors are not leveled and scraping the paint up top. Super disappointed!

no battery springs in one ear. The ear does nothing at all just one ear lights up. I wouldn't pay full price for this at all. Honestly I wouldn't pay 80 for it. the elevator is hard to move even for me as a adult. I would rather had plastic. I wouldn't definitely recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Purchase Overall – Sturdy and Fun for Toddlers I’m very happy with this purchase. The Gabby’s Dollhouse Perfect Playhouse by Delta Children (8 inches tall) is very sturdy and well-made. Keep in mind that the box is quite heavy, but that speaks to the solid construction. It comes with about 20 accessories, including some wooden figurines, which is a nice touch. However, the Gabby doll itself is not included and needs to be purchased separately. Also, the light-up ears on top of the dollhouse require batteries, so be sure to have those on hand. Assembly was fairly straightforward, though some steps could have been clearer. A few pieces didn’t align perfectly, and there are small gaps between some fittings. This didn’t affect stability at all—and my three-year-old doesn’t notice or mind one bit—but it’s something adults may notice during setup. Overall, this is a great quality playhouse for the price, very durable, and provides lots of imaginative play. I would definitely recommend it despite the minor assembly quirks

Confusing Instrctions and bad quality
3 stars because my 7year old was excited and she still liked it. No figurines so make sure to order along with it. Instructions were so confusing and some were incorrect. We had to redo the build after few steps to ensure it goes with the actual design. The quality is so bad; it is a wallpaper on wood and rips off very easily. So delicate ! The top roof doors aren’t aligned right. The screws don’t easily fit in all the way. The furniture is cute but the shows curtain doesn’t stick right and keeps falling down. One of the ears did not come with a battery spring. Not sure if that’s meant not to have any speaker but why was there a battery slot?

Overpriced, lacking in features
For the price of this, I was very disappointed to realize the spiral slide is not 3-d. It’s just a painted piece of wood. What an easy thing to include to make it more interactive. That detail, along with the fact that you can’t find gabby dolls, accessories, or add ons that are appropriately sized for this, makes it not worth the price. It is more than twice the price of other Gabby houses. Sending back.
