    So so soft

    Actually everything I have bought from you is very high quality. The bath towel is huge, thick and plush. I love that everything is offered in natural (un-dyed) state as well. I’ve bought organic bedding and towels from countless other places (including multiple high end high priced stores) and your products are unmatched in quality.     It was all just great; product, delivery,service We liked the organic products, delivery was fairly quick; the washcloths look great and are quite soft. We look forward to using them. I initially thought the package had not arrived and was really pleased to have a messaging feature in the delivery email to report that, and the response was quick and helpful and soon the issue was resolved; my fault for not checking the carrier link provided when I became concerned. It was all just great.

    I bought the 100% organic

    I bought the 100% organic cotton hand towels and bath towels in Mineral Green. The color is true to the picture-a mint green. Very pretty. The towels are super soft, thick, very absorbent, and luxurious. I really love them!

    Best towels out there!

    I discovered Delilah a few years ago and now they are the only towels I use. I worked at Macy’s for fifteen years, I became very particular about the towels I purchased. I still have some very nice towels but nothing as soft and absorbent as Delilah. I have gifted these towels many times.

    Great towels and awsome customer service!

    I purchased two sets of natural towels and an extra set of 2 bath towels less than a year ago. They are plush and absorbent. A couple of days ago I noticed that 2 of the face clothes have a hole in them at the band. I contacted Michael at Delilah Home and he was quick to respond and get us out replacements. It has been a pleasure working with a compnay that truly stands behind their products.

    Too soft and not absorbent

    The towels look nice but they are too soft and fluffy and not absorbent. It’s like drying off with Saran Wrap. They are not substantial and don’t get the job done. I know towels always take a few washes to get towel-like and absorbent but I’ve washed them a few times and there’s no improvement. Maybe with more time they will get better.
