Very Disapointed

To adjust the resistance, you have to push the red knob in and twist. If you let go of the red knob, the resistance returns to the original level. So its largely unusable. Also, riding in position shown requires crunching your abdomen and is extremely uncomfortable. Bike perhaps might be suitable for someone 4 feet tall, but not 6 or even 5; and that is when seat and handlebars are raised as high as possible. On the positive side, quality of materials appears good and assembly is fairly straight forward. Company should redesign resistance control and angle handlebar for sitting uprrght while riding bike.
