Please note that this is the typical listed dimension from front (monitor stand) to back (seat). Yes, the frame is designed to be adjustable, particularly in the section that holds the seat. The seat itself is mounted on dual-lock slide rails, allowing you to move it forward and backward, similar to a real car seat, to accommodate different drivers' leg lengths.
