Great TV/Useless Remote

I truly despise this remote. I don’t even know why Samsung bothered to put this cheaply made remote with their expensive TVs. I have a universal remote that I purchased as a replacement for my Samsung DVD player and the quality of the universal remote is much better than the Samsung remote.
