It's Good

I see a lot of reviews saying it’s mushy, yes, every bowl I’ve tried thus far is mushy. However, they’ve got a great amount of fiber and some have a decent amount of protein. I notice that the fiber fills me up and I’m good with that. This bowl isn’t my favorite but it’s certainly not a bowl I hate. It was good and I didn’t have to force myself to choke it down, that’s a win for me. There was a sesame taste that made it pleasant and the green beans gave it some texture. I would definitely buy it again.

Extra-virgin olive oil! No sugar, gum, starch, or additives!

Extra virgin oil! No sugar, gum, starch or additives!!! I only buy food that meets this criteria. I am so happy to find it at target! Even avocado oil and coconut oil is refined or deodorized unless it’s stated as virgin oil on the label so I am so happy that they use extra-virgin olive oil.
