Treasured for its rapid growth and slender shape, 'Leyland' Cypress makes an excellent windbreak, privacy hedge, or living boundary. Thriving in a wide range of soil and climate conditions, it makes an impact in the landscape with deep bluish-green sprays that are pointed at the tips yet soft to the touch. 'Leyland' provides valuable winter cover for songbirds and game birds, and bears small, ornamental cones in fall.

  • A: Yes the Leyland Cypress can be planted now in Pennsylvania as long as the ground is not frozen. I would give it a few days to acclimatize before planting.

  • A: The 2.5 quart or Trade Gallon will be 18" to 30" but very thin while the 2.25 gallon will be 24"-36" and full.
