Awesome upgrade to previous model. but...
Great machine. Much better upgrade than the previous model. Though expected the kernel catcher to be there. That was such a relief when cleaning the bottom of the machine.

Easiest, most foolproof, best popper I ever used
This popper automates the process, eliminates guesswork, and gets it right every time- and it works quickly. I've tried every kind of popper. Jiffy Pop on the stove always burned. Hot air poppers were slow and either threw many unpopped kernels into the bowl or left too many behind. When I used a pot on the stove, the amount of heat was always in question, and the kernels never fluffed up properly unless the pot was perfectly vented. This Cuisinart fixes all that. It's the best I've ever used.

Poor Design
All of the kernels jump out of the popper without popping. I tried tilting the popper back to prevent it but it’s a bad idea with a hot popper. I’m going to return it.

The machine itself is perfect size and pops really fast, was easy to put together. The only down fall is by the time I seasoned and buttered my popcorn it was cold. Very disappointed it doesn’t have a warmer to keep it warm. Not sure right now if I’ll keep or send back.
