Not good customer service. Veeeerrrry nearly returned it for that alone. Screen face has changed on its own several times, so reconsider putting a call button on your watch face. Does not accurately record steps. If you actively swing your arms it should mostly get it, but gentle walking, leaning on something while walking, or carrying something while walking, register zero steps. The screen also goes blank before you have a chance to read your heartbeat, etc, unless you (unintuitively) double-tap the screen at just the right time. No blood pressure or temperature readings, but a "stress" button that uses the same symbol as the battery charge symbol, and is unclear whether the number it gives you is good or bad. Oh, and it's yet another device that is completely useless unless you have a google or apple acount to download the app you need to set it up, so you have to be tethered to one of those unethical companies as well, instead of having a set-up option available from literally anywhere else. On the whole, it's an okay watch so far, but touchy, not super intuitive, and a very crappy experience dealing with the company.

Check charger right away.
Set up was easy. Battery lasts a long time & fyi fitbit versa 2 watchbands fit. I haven't had it long because I needed to buy a new charger because the one that came with the watch didn't work. I wish they had a nicer selection of watch faces as well. I hope it lasts a while.

The Watch That Retired My Entire Watch Collection
Since becoming a proud owner of the Viva pro smartwatch I have become so obsessed with tracking my steps and other functions that I almost never wear any of my other automatic analog watches anymore and my collection exceeds 300. I've also since added several different straps including a metal mesh bracelet that I found on another site so my one watch has become a custom wardrobe. I look forward to adding the aura pro to my collection sooner or later.

Battery life is great compared to fitbit. wider but shorter/chunkier/more masculine for a petite female. Pops up with notices about standing and moving around I did not turn on and cant find out where it turn off. Find my phone has a loud siren that I cant get to turn off, I have to reboot the phone for it to stop. 4 days and no sleep info, it says nothing under 3 hours registers. Ive had insomnia all my life and my fitbit usually shows 4- hours a night, so I guess it is more accurate than I thought. They main reason I'm trying this is for oxygen/sleep/heart/better battery/steps. It also lets you download 2 photos but when I charged it it went back to the base screen. Too bad you cant download seasonal faces. I dont want to spend $250 for a new fitbit if I dont really need it since this ones finally lasting a long time, guess Ill return it.
