Overly sticky mats
I like the bigger mat but this last order, the mats were way too sticky. Tore and curled my cardstock. Even after patting it down with a tee shirt, it was still too sticky. Very disappointed.

Expensive for what you get!
This mat loses its stickiness super fast. They are too expensive to be doing this.

Perfect mats.
Love these mats and how they store underneath my venture. My advice, don’t bend them to remove cut outs, it’s not necessary and you are likely to damage them.

Mat Cracked
Mat cracked within the first few uses when I was trying to remove vinyl. I taped the crack from the back of the mat and am still able to use it, but it’s unfortunate that it cracked so soon after use.

The Best Mat Ever!
LOVE this mat and of course the machine! Placing four 12x12 sheets on this makes cutting a large project so easy! This mat size is great especially when you don't want to load and unload 4 times.

Why has the 24"x28" venture mat been out of stock in excess of six weeks? Ordered my machine in November and cannot get the mat. Very disappointing and frustrating. Love the my venture, just wish I could use it for large orders, as was the purpose of the purchase.

Not so great grip and so hard to find available
My mat lost its grip sooo fast (about 5 uses). I’ve been trying to buy a new mat for about a week now and haven’t been able to find any available online or in stores (JOANNS)

Wish it was thicker.
I find this mat to be somewhat lighter weight (not as thick) as the regular Cricut mats. Makes it more flimsy when moving around.

Worked excellent on Cardstock
I love this mat. I used it for cardstock and there was no residue whatsoever left on the mat. Cardstock usually leaves my mats with tiny pieces of residue when I try to scrape off small pieces, however this mat being new and standard grip, removed my cardstock with no issues. I love it so much I ordered another one just for vinyl so I can do my paper and vinyl projects on separate mats (like I do with my maker mats).

Lost grip really fast.
It lost the grip REALLY FAST. The mat it self is really good but the glue itself is terrible.
