Small defect, quickly resolved

The table and chair set came very well packaged and protected. Assembly instructions were clear, and assembly was generally easy. Did it alone, but a helper would have made it easier. One manufacturing defect caused a problem - on a chair, one screw hole was not threaded. I contacted the manufacturer (Crestlive) via email. Included my order number from Target, and photos of the defect. To my surprise (and amazement!) I got a reply within one day. They had som follow-up questions. I then had a second reply saying they were checking with parts department. Then a third reply saing it was shipped. All within 3 or 4 days. LAst email had a DHL tracking number Received the part within a week. The part was shipped through Target, even though I didn't initiate the emails with them So, beside the defective hole, I feel the product is well made, and customer service is outstanding. I wouldn't let this sway anyone from purchasing. I would purchase again.
