Q: Hi, Our toothpaste came in a box that just has cardboard flaps and no tape or seals. The interior tubes don't have any seals either. Is this how the product is supposed to come? Thank you

A: If a toothpaste comes in a cardboard box, it typically will NOT have a foil seal. The cardboard is sealed at the end flap. However, some versions are made at an alternate plant for capacity reasons. In these cases, there will be a foil seal, which would be indicated on the package.

All ingredients that are present in our Crest products are listed on the ingredient list, which you can find at Smartlabel dot org. There are no sesame seeds or peanuts in Crest toothpaste. We recommend all children under the age of six have adult supervision while brushing, use only a pea-sized amount of toothpaste, and be instructed to spit out the toothpaste and/or rinse after brushing. There is no safety risk to an adult or child who may occasionally swallow a small amount of toothpaste while brushing. Grandson loves it!

I’ve tried several kids’ toothpastes, and Crest Kids is by far the favorite in our house. The flavor is sweet but not overpowering, and it leaves their breath fresh without that “spicy” mint taste that most kids hate. My kids actually remind me to brush now — that’s saying something! The consistency is smooth and easy to rinse, and I like that it still contains fluoride for cavity protection. The fun packaging doesn’t hurt either — it makes brushing feel like less of a chore

As you can see, this definitely gets used in our house! My son uses it and it works great for him. It’s mild enough that he doesn’t complain about it bothering his mouth. It’s a good toothpaste for kids!

While the flavor of crest kids toothpaste is welcoming to children, the toothpaste is ineffective in keeping kids mouth smelling clean. Texture is like any other toothpaste but it just taste like candy and is a joke, therefore it's not worth using.
