Vegan Vitamin D

I'm vegan and also was low on vitamin D but I my physician told me I need to take more , so I purchased these for couple months and now I'm at a good level. I just wished it came with more inside I know there's 2 options for the amount of pills inside but still kinda pricey. That was my only complaint. . L.P

Great!

These are small, making them easy to swallow and the capsule has just a slightly sweet flavor so they're not unpleasant on the tongue. I had a really hard time finding a vegan D3 at the amount my doctor recommended (5000) so I am beyond thrilled that the only one I could find is so easy to take!

Vegan Vitamin D

My Dr. recommended extra super doses of Vitamin D, due to low levels. The pharmacy only carries gel caps, non veg. I sent her an image of this bottle and she gave me a regimen to follow. Very satisfied so far. We shall see what my upcoming levels show.

VEGAN yes, Vitamin D!

My son's bloodwork showed his vitamin D levels were very a low, as with most people but getting him to swallow pills was tough. These are small and easy to swallow and his next round of bloodwork just 6 months later showed sufficient D levels. We are also a vegan family so finding a D that was vegan sourced is incredible!

Great Vegan D3

I’m so glad there’s a vegan D3 and that it’s 5,000 IU’s. I need the the most IU’s possible! And D3 from lichen is fantastic!!! Also, the veg gels are small enough and easy for me to swallow. Great Vegan product! Highly recommend!

Quality vitamin, good value, got me to healthy range

I love the higher dosage (5,000 IU) and that these are vegan. Guilt-free nutrition! My vitamin D was low (according to doc’s blood test), so I added these into my daily supplement routine. My recent blood test showed my vitamin D is now in a normal/healthy range. Yay!

Take D & See

Country Life products tend to be extremely high-quality and this one is no exception. I could do without the corn starch (on the list of "other ingredients"), but at least it's non-GMO. Ditto sorbitol. However, on the plus side, the product is vegan and they've thankfully left out some of the worst 'offenders' such as gelatin, yeast, soy, wheat, milk, artificial preservatives and color. The capsule size is very small and overall I would recommend this Vit D3.

Excellent Value for Vegan D3

This is just about the only Vegan D3 I've been able to find. Swansons has excellent prices. These gel caps are easy to swallow and because it's made from plants, there's no stinky fish smell! Great product.

Vegans low in D3 ? this is the supplement for you

I am a happy vegan ,looking for a wee bit of sunshine in NE OHIO...Too much to ask for after September through May , My Health care professional suggested vit d3 supplementation . My level was low low low. Trying to lcate a VEGAN d3 proved almost impossible until Swanson and Country Life. I am pleased to find a high quality Vit D3 supplement that is easy to take (small caps) and keeps me happy even when the sun isn't out.. Awesome Price ,great customer service keep me coming back

Vegan gel capsules

This product is great so far! I have yet to notice any physiological effects ( I don't know whether that is good or bad) but it is very convenient the pills are small but still deliver and incredible amount of vitamin D. I love the cellulose capsules they're so much better than powdery pills. The price was excellent and next time I get my blood panel I will be able to add more information to the effectiveness of the product, since that's why we're all buying it right?

Someone told me about Swanson Health in May. Having been a vegetarian since 1970, I can't believe I didn't hear of it sooner. I usually shopped locally but couldn't find a vegan D3. I am so grateful.I always went to Amazon first and Swanson didn't seem to appear. Thank you Swanson.

I was D3 deficient!

After taking 1 vegan D3 every other day for a week and then 2x/wk thereafter...I am in the normal range for D3. My energy is revived! Great supplement.
