DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH We bought this couch based off reviews and pictures which were all good. We received the couch in a timely manner, opened one box and it was grey. WE ORDERED CREAM lmao. So I call the customer service and ask what do I do, the only two options were to bring in person to your nearest target and if you’re like us and live in WV there is no target within 3-4 hours of us! Or the other option was to put the couch back in the box (impossible due to it being vacuum sealed) so we would have to buy a box ($50-$100) to ship it back. So either way at your own expense and money, so we decided okay we can’t do anything they screwed us so we’ll just keep the grey couch, right? Open the SECOND box and it’s freaking cream colored 😭😭They sent us 3 different colored couches and the only thing they could do after calling 4 separate times asking for a higher up just to be told we were talking to the correct person for our issue. $500 down the drain & now a extra 5 hours of driving and $100 in gas because THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM. Do not buy from target online, they are scamming you. The quality of the couch is close to the quality of a Temu couch for $200. I’ll add pictures below, and yes the creams are two different colors also…..

This couch is good for the price. The quality isn’t what you would find at Rooms to go or Ashley’s furniture but the couch is sturdy enough and the cushions are soft and comfy. The back rest is a little low so it might not feel too comfortable for a tall person. This couch is a great addition to a kids play room or bonus room. It was very easy to put together. Beware: this couch comes in 2 boxes. The boxes might not arrive together at the same time. Overall I’m happy with the product at this price point.
