I love the item's versatility--varying seat heights and the seat sides extend up slightly so oldtimers like me can push up on the sides with our arms making it easier get up. However, no instructions were in the box. Perhaps this had been a return.

This seat is large and comfortable.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:;This item looked sturdy and it came in Red. It was easy to assemble and comfortable to sit on. The only con is you have to pick it up to move it. At 75 that's a bit difficult but I will put a rope on it to pull it along.

Very cool ride!
A great help to a couple of senior gardeners whose backs aren't what they used to be. Moves around very well due to the large tires. Height is adjustable which I huge. We love it!

Keeps posture in alignment when standing up from kneeling po
Very nice, well constructed and not very heavy. The handles make it so easy to stand up from knee position keeping weight off back and improper bending. This product makes gardening so much easier.

Best garden kneeler/cat walking seat I've ever had.
I really like this garden tool. It's a comfy seat when I need to take a break, easy to tote around with me, and the bars help me get off the kneeling side. I also use it when taking our leash-trained cat on a walk; easily carried. Cats don't walk like dogs - they stop and start and at times lie down to study their world. I used to stand while I waited for him to finish sniffing and resting/observing - no more! The padding is thick enough that it doesn't hurt to sit on it for a long time. It's perfect for someone of average frame and is very sturdy. I put my entire weight on the arms when I get up from kneeling in the garden and it isn't fazed at all by that. For the cost I'd say it's quite a deal.

Perfect yard bench - saves your back!
Great product! We were given one as a gift and really liked the product. My husband took over that one, so I ordered this one for myself. After knee surgeries, and getting older!, this bench is very useful to sit on and pull weeds, plant, or whatever. I like to sit on the bench, and my husband likes to kneel on the pad. Light weight to carry around too, but very sturdy.

Love this thing
I work on a farm and I use this a lot. Although it's more work to carry around than a simple foam kneeling pad, it is often worth it. It keeps you up off the ground a bit when kneeling which is great, the handles help you get up and make it easy to shift the thing over without bending over again. The sitting function is great for relaxing or working in high vegetation. It's also pretty sturdy and folds up easily. The biggest downside is the bulkiness of it when transporting, but if you think about it, its worth it if it makes the actual job easier.

Sturdy and comfortable
Sturdy, well packaged, as described. Works great for protecting knees and for giving leverage to stand from kneeling. Comfortable when used as a bench, too. Easy to move and store.

Great for seniors!
It's so easy and the perfect height (both ways) either for washing a car and flipping it to do the wheels, gardening, and so much more. Great for those who experience weak knees.

Early holiday gift for my wife. Nailed it!
Due to the box (not the product) being damaged in shipment, this became an early Xmas present. It isn't anything she asked for, and she's not one to spare feelings when she's unthrilled w/a gift, but she seemed genuinely delighted with this clever kneeler/bench "transformer"! It's fairly robust, with cushy padding for knees & butt, and not unattractive for what it is. Perfect for sundry jobs around home & garden, it could also do in a pinch as overflow outdoor seating. The bonus work apron is a plus, along with the sturdily-built side pockets. It's highly portable. The release latches for the folding legs are easy to operate, even for those of us w/arthritic hands. I have to use two canes when I stand or walk, but I was able to easily fold the unit, carry it to another room, set it back up, and sit while adjusting a wall heater. We might actually need two of these. You have to take the side pockets off to flip it over from kneeler to bench, then re-hang them on the rails that will have just been planted in the dirt. A better option would be to attach pockets in such a way that they can swing freely when flipped. Currently, there's nothing at a suitable mid-height to attach anything to. A welded cross-bar added to each leg might do the trick, while adding some welcome stiffness and strength in both configurations. Another nice touch would be to add some simple plastic "feet" to the legs, instead of having the painted metal in direct contact with the ground or floor below. I felt somewhat unsteady while using it as a bench resting on a tile floor, but I lack normal leg strength, balance and sensation. My wife had no such complaints. (She's only about 1/2 my size, however, and I'm not overweight.)

Expect some assembly time.
Product was delivered quickly, well packaged, assembly instructions included, and all parts were bagged and labeled per the instructions. The assembled product was as described and seems sturdy for the purpose intended. Although the assembly and instructions are pretty easy to understand, the actual process can be difficult for some. There are many bolts and nuts that need to be manipulated. The two tools they supply are not very stout and start to strip when snugging nuts and bolts, so best to use your own tools. Fortunately, the parts kit included a few extra nuts because two of them were defective (no threads). A caution regarding the bars that attach the seat to the arm supports, some of the brackets have very small sharp burrs on the corners (the metal is painted so hard to see the burrs). For some reason four of the nuts are not crown style, leaving the bolt treads exposed (I double-nut just those 4 bolts to eliminate the exposed treads and to keep them from loosening over time.) Overall, I believe this product is a good choice, solid, and priced well; provided you don't mind a minor assembly choir. I purposely chose this non-folding garden bench to avoid extra moving parts and potential weak points. This item is not bulky so easy to store or place in a vehicle without the need to fold.
