The chairs are not of good quality. The armrests are extremely flimsy and looked like they would quicly break off. In addition, the web description has 330 lbs as the chair capacity but the booklet that comes with the chair cites 250 lbs as the limit. This did not inspire confidence and the chairs were returned.

I am so disappointed in this chair! It’s been out since June 28, 2025 (18 days!) and already has rust on it. It’s comfortable and looks nice, but now rusting. If I still had the box I’d return it.

Back not tall enough

The lounger seems sturdy but is not comfortable. I purposefully bought this style chair for neck support. The back is too short to lean back into and be able to rest your head. I’m 5’3”and have to slouch down to be able to relax without straining my neck to keep my head up when the back is fully up. The “flat” lounge part is not flat and peaks slightly at the hinge, which might be ok for folks whose knees naturally land there, but not for me. I’m disappointed overall.

This is a complete waste of your time and money.

this is a cheap one season throw away chaise. it is plastic and thin metal, flimsy, incorrectly assembled at factory, less than TWO WEEKS and the material is fraying, the plastic keepers are falling out and one armrest is torn off. shamefull construction. on the plus the chair is very comfortable. I am already purchasing another brand as a replacement. this purchase felt like i was lied to and stolen from.

Chair arrived missing one end cap and a loose screw in the box (never figured out where it belonged on chair). Very difficult to unfold. Once it was set up, the quality appeared good. However, it started rusting the first time it was rained on, and has spread since then. Only had it six weeks, but it's leaking rusty water on my deck and I don't trust it to last for the summer. Returning.
