assembly

It's not a 20-minute assembly! It took me 3-4 hours before, and some parts were difficult to assemble because they didn't align properly or were hard to tighten. Perhaps using power tools would make it easier.

Love the look and functionality of it!

Sturdy and beautiful! Assembly was easy. These stools meet my requirements and have all the features I needed, like armrests, swivel, and a footrest. These stools are designed for an outdoor kitchen, and so far, they've withstood the rain perfectly.

They're comfortable, sturdy, and look really nice. I think they're a great value for the money. They come with a great assembly tool that I'll definitely use when I assemble other products. There are 60 screws to tighten, so this tool is a lifesaver.

Great chair

These chairs were a little fiddly to assemble but worth it, they are comfortable and look great and I would order them again. The price was right and I also like the height of the chair, not as high as my other ones but tall enough.

Beautiful chair!!

was hesitant to order these chairs because of the low reviews. They are great quality, beautiful colors, very comfortable, and perfect for my outdoor kitchen. I just think one of the chairs came with the wrong parts. We were unable to assemble them.

Sturdy and comfortable, but oddly high

We bought these chairs for poolside dining and chatting. The blue color matches our other sofas perfectly. Everything arrived in mint condition, with all parts included. The instructions for the chairs were poor (mostly small pictures), but reading through them first to make sure I was using the correct bolts for each step was helpful. Also, don't tighten the bolts and nuts until the very end so that each hole can be adjusted to match. In addition to these chairs, we also bought a table from the same company that we thought was bar-height and should match the height of the chairs. However, the chairs were oddly tall for the table and a bit oversized. This isn't too bad and still serves its purpose, but be aware that the chairs might be placed higher than you expect. Overall, they look really nice, appear sturdy, and fully function for their intended purpose.

What's not to like?

It's super sturdy, quick to put together, and makes a beautiful addition to your garden. The assembly instructions are easy to follow, and the staff are on hand to provide some spare nuts and bolts in case you mess up. It's also super comfortable.
