Comfortable and sturdy
I am very happy with these chairs. They were easy to assemble and the materials look high-end. They are very comfortable to sit in and look great. They are pretty much everything you would want in a patio chair.

The chair looks nice, but a little small...
I barely feel like they are smaller than similar products on Costway in all dimensions (seat height from the ground and seat width x length). But, in the future, this may not be a problem. But I can't help but feel that this also means slightly lower quality. So far, so good. I'll use them again in the future and report back on my experience.

The chair is not bad if there is a promotion
ordered these chairs to be used in an open seating area outside. The set I received was two chairs and was ordered for review purposes. The contents of the box were mostly bubble wrapped and well packaged. I've included a photo of the connection between the bottom of the chair and the base, but it looks scratched. It was completely bubble wrapped and not broken, so it looks like the damage was pre-existing. There was also a large clump of adhesive residue on one of the chair seat pans (fully cured but not removed yet - tools needed). So the quality control wasn't great. Oh, and there are inserts on the bottom of the base as well - plastic pads or something like that. Two of them fell out when unpacking and I stuffed them back in, but they don't seem to be very well designed and/or securely fastened and I'm worried they'll get lost one day. Assembly was fairly easy, but the manual doesn't have a lot of visual color differentiation/definition so there are a few places where you have to squint to figure out what you're doing. Assembling the second chair was much quicker, however. Once fully assembled, the chairs will swivel, but with some resistance. They don't swivel freely on their own. There's not a lot of flex in other directions - some wobbling, but definitely not tipping back. You sit upright most of the time. The chairs are somewhat comfortable and have a bit of padding to help with pain relief. They're not the worst I've sat in. They do look nice once assembled and can serve as extra seating. I haven't left them out in the rain yet (the storm just passed right now) so I can't confirm how they would perform in prolonged exposure to rain. The chairs are lightweight and I didn't see any obvious issues with the welds or fabric, so durability should be good. I gave it 4 stars due to quality control issues and the instructions being a bit unclear. At the time of review, both chairs were selling for $180. That price seems a bit high as I've seen a very similar product with a different arm design and 15 degree recline for about $40 less (although without the padding).

Very good patio chair, easy to assemble
These patio chairs are well-made, swivel easily, and are comfortable to sit on. They're more of an upright style and don't lean back very much. As a result, they're more suitable for sitting around a table than for lounging. The material is comfortable and breathable, making it perfect for outdoor use, and it dries quickly even if it gets caught in the rain. It also comes with all the tools you need: a pair of wrenches and an Allen key.

Easy to assemble, sturdy, and has good customer support!
discovered that one of the brackets was attached incorrectly so it wouldn't attach. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly but I discovered that part wasn't welded so I removed the bolts myself and reattached it and it worked. That was the only problem. Otherwise the chairs were easy to assemble and the instructions were very clearly printed, large and easy to read! I wish other companies would be so generous. The chairs are sturdy, very comfortable on the patio, and look great too.
