Makes the job much easier
I\'m very happy with it for the price. Makes getting snow off of the roof much easier. It\'s a fraction of the price of the competition.

It\'s very useful
This snow roof rake is very useful, it\'s the right length, it feels light in the hand, and it\'s beautifully made and at a great price, it\'s really great.

Don\'t throw out your regular roof rake. Both work hand in
It definitely exceeded my expectations. I thought it might just be a gimmick. I had an opportunity to use it a few weeks after it arrived. It works as advertised. I am not a shill for the company, just an ordinary customer. How to use: Pull out the entire tarp and let it fold up neatly at your feet. Careful! don\'t step on it. The snow I dealt with was about six inches. I don\'t know how it will work on deeper snow. Might be worthwhile to get out there and do it at six inches before the next six inches come down. But keep your existing roof rake. There is some tidy-up work you\'ll need to do. It was much easier to use than the roof rake alone - by a long shot. I am happy I got it, and just in time!

Easy to use
Best snow-rake we have owned. Heavy snowfall from a winter storm left 18". After assembling and heading outside to clean up, it took us less than a half hour to clear the roof of snow.

summer not good time to remove snow on roof
looks to be good for getting snow of roof as it seems to be light for handleling for the length of the tube, good product the price

Works great
I used this on a fresh 12 inch snow fall, the snow came down like igloo blocks on the slide. It's important to start removing the snow before too many thaws and re-freezes. Once the snow develops a crust it is easier to use a standard rake.

Cheap brand
Never used it, but there are A LOT of pieces to assemble, and the slide does not wind back up very well. Metal pole seems flimsy, so I bough the Avalanche snow rake instead. Husband loves that one!

Works ok
It's VERY heavy when you put on the extensions, so you have to be pretty strong to hold onto the pole. The blue strip could be shorter, or there should be a way to make it shorter, but there isn't. Rolls up ok, but takes two people. Other than that, it's ok

Great in theory and can't wait to use it. We just haven't had heavy snows since I ordered it. 2 years ago.

Pretty much works as stated.
It works well on long as snow has not frozen. The problem I had is the edges of nylon shoot are fraying. Stitches I edged came out.

A good tool the last time I bought it. This one snuck throug
I bought one of these a couple of years back from Costway, and it's worked marvelously. When this one came in, one of the arms that hold the rod the canvas goes on was mis-cut. Since we had roofs to clean, I wasn't willing to go through the hassle of returning it and getting a replacement. Luckily, between the old one and this one, we were able to get a complete working unit. Keeping the rest for spare parts. Company needs to do better quality control. All in all, though, the tool works wonderfully, but you do need two people to work it because one guy works the tool and the other guy works on keeping the tarp straight and trued so the snow can actually slide off it.

works well!
Just used this for the first time today. We don't have a steep pitched roof, so the snow just sits there instead of sliding off. We have cathedral ceilings in our house, so the snow melts just enough on the roof that it quickly turns to ice and forms ice dams that creep under our shingles and eventually through our ceiling, ruining the paint. As the product states, it does not remove the ice dams that are already present, but it does remove the snow before it becomes an ice dam. I used all of the extensions it came with and used it to push and pull the snow off the roof. it was pretty easy to use, although it did take a little bit of effort to keep it up and moving. The only problem i had was figuring out the instructions, which were next to non-existent. A better diagram might have helped, but as it is it wasn't too difficult to figure out.

It is a nice product but not for me
It is a nice product but not for me. Due to the length of it and trying to place it on my roof was extremely difficult, it kind of bounces. I ended up giving it to a friend to use on his house. Just did not have enough strength to work it.

So far so good . It's really lightweight anyone can use it.
I purchased this for winter for my roof. Last year we have really bad problems with snow. It's all frozen ice on the side of my roof. So I bought this early. Fortunately, we didn't have any snow year. But I think this is will be a good product. It's really easy to install. It only took me 5 minutes. The quality is really good. But it's not heavy. I am a 100 Lb lady. I can use one hand to hold it really well. So far so good. I will give more updates after we have snow. Hopefully, we won't have any snow soon.
