Terrible profuct

If there was a way to give zero stars I would… this keyboard was supposed to be a “moving up” keyboard for my daughter who loved her old one which was very small and kind of chinsy - however I almost say that the new keyboard is worse than the one she had before - (minus the microphone feature). So very disappointed in this product.

No customer service

Had the same experience as previous review. Did not arrive as stated which is why I purchased. Went to Target store they said to contact shipper which was direct from vendor and could only use chat feature. That was a joke because they gave a delivery date which already passed. When asked for a human chat that rep said to ctc merchant. I advised Target told me to ctc vendor. Now delivered after Christmas while I was gone and now must FedEx or send on my own to granddaughter. And just as fyi item just loose in brown cardboard shipping box not in a nice item box. Terrible customer service.(not Target but vendor)
