Soft, Fun, and Perfect for Kids

I bought this for my son and he absolutely loves it! He plays on it every day and enjoys sitting on it to read books or build with blocks. The material is soft yet supportive, with a nice feel to the touch. The pieces are easy to rearrange and spark his creativity. Overall, great quality and highly recommended for families with young kids

TERRIBLE Customer Service

If I could give this 0 stars I would. When the item arrived, it had a big brown stain on one of the cushions. I reached out to both Target and Costway, for some type of solution, whether it be a replacement part or a refund, as the item was obviously used and damaged before being sent to me. I was told the only solution would be to ship it back or return it to the store. Not even the option of being sent a replacement cover and was told by Costway to wash the cover it came with. Not knowing exactly what this big brown stain was, I thought this response was unacceptable, disappointing and even disgusting. As for returning, there’s no way I could repackage this huge 8 piece play couch as it came vacuum sealed in a tiny box and had expanded after opening. Returning to the store would take me multiple trips from the car into the store as it is again a huge 8 piece play couch. Terrible customer service on both Target and Costways part.
