Prerty good

I personally liked this bookshelf. Directions weren’t too bad to follow, very similar to a very popular furniture store chain for instructions ( I K E A ). I would say a power drill made things a lot easier. Using a screwdriver alone would be pretty difficult in putting this together.

Cute Bookshelf for Toddler Room

This bookshelf, had easy instructions, and was easy to put together, but some of the screws were hard to get through the wood and even was using a drill. It still didn't go all the way through. The instructions are easy to follow the only downfall is that the bookshelf came with a lot of minus scratchers from the box that I could see, and it's not enough for me to return it but if they were bigger, I would have returned it. I would buy this again. This is my first time drawing something and it wasn't bad at all.

Works great!

When I first built it, my son pulled off all the books which was inconvenient, but since he's gotten used to it, it works like a dream. I would like to point out that when building, make sure to put on the cloth bit before you put on the other side haha I had to disassemble to do so. Also read the directions I guess.

My bookshelf is perfect. Right space for the childrens playroom. Excellent & Sturdy. Easy to put together. The drawers is good but could be a little deeper. Highly Recommend. ?

Shelving is nice. Dowels are pain to install

Shelving unit wasn’t difficult. However, holes for dowels are too small for the screws to easily fit together. You’ll need a lot of elbow grease and hand strength to get the screws installed in a way where you’re not stripping them in the process.

Mold/mildew

It’s okay for the price. I do really like the bookshelf but the quality is an issue. Right when opening the box there was a very strong mold/mildew smell. Upon further inspection all the fabric smells like mildew. I attempted to wash it and it doesn’t help at all. I then noticed what look like mildew spots on the drawers as well. Unfortunately after putting it together I still can’t get over the strong smell and I’m not going to risk my child’s safety so I’ll have to find a different bookshelf.

Disappointed

I was super excited to get this piece delivered and installed for my son. After opening you can see the material is scratched straight out of the box. The wholes for the screws are poorly done. Instructions are so simple and don’t provide any details.

Nicely made

Overall it's a nice piece. Instructions is not into the details. Make sure you think all the steps through or you'll have to re-do it like I did. I did think a few more steps but not enough.

Excellent value!

Montessori furniture can be SUPER spendy. This bookshelf is sturdy and does everything that a more expensive bookshelf does, but using fabric for the shelves cuts down the cost. Highly recommended!

It is very easy to assemble, only takes a few minutes, and my 2 years old son loves it so much, since I got this book shelf, my son spend more time on reading book.. that makes me get more personal time.. Me and my son both happy with it.
