Water park slide

Three things, first the instructions were not detailed or very clear., needed to have more details. Had to look online for some help. No where in the booklet did it state to tie off the small fabric tube. Also no directions given with the water tube placement. Second, the spout that goes on the cannon came broken so the pool with the cannon fills up quickly. The water has to turned off before it overflows. Third, when you turn off the blower, the water immediately floods out of it. It would have been a good idea to have a valve so a tube could be connected to empty it before it deflates. I used a combo of wet vac and buckets to empty, not ideal and a pain to empty. Overall, it is okay, kids played in it and they enjoyed it.

Came without the Blower!!

Almost ruined my sons 9th birthday. When we opened the package their was no blower. No rental company will only rent a blower without purchase of their bouncehouses. At the very last minute I remembered a friend I went to high school with that host events with bounces. Shw allowed me to rent for $30.00. After that stressful moment the party started and tgey had a blast. Im still awaiting for my blower to be sent out.

Incorrect product description

Do not purchase!! This item does NOT come with a blower. I reached out to the company and they said the listing was incorrect and it will take some time to correct it. I don’t believe they will ever correct it and don’t trust their other items. They refused to send me a blower to honor their incorrect listing and my only option is to get this 70 pound slide back to target for a refund. I would not purchase anything from Costway!

Product Failure

We have had this bouncy castle since Mother's Day this year and when we went to use it today the lining had split at the seams. It is otherwise in great condition. However, we have only used it about 10 times before. We were planning to use it for a birthday party in September and are looking to get another one. I am trying to contact the seller to get a replacement and will update you on how the seller handles it. Update: The seller responded to me very quickly and sent us another bouncy castle to replace our original one.

Fantastic 9/10

This is a really great product that made me want one when I was a kid. My three kids and their friends love it and it keeps them entertained all day, day after day. It has a safety net on the top which is great because my kids love to push each other around. I would rate this product a 9 out of 10. I have two very minor complaints that are not necessarily fixable but just something to know before buying. 1) I would recommend putting something under the product as it can be hard on your butt when it slides down sometimes. 2) The product is large and hard to fold up into a tight little ball when you are done. They do provide a large tote bag to carry the product in but it never fits and I usually only get about half of the product in. I highly recommend this product and I know your kids will love it as much as mine do! (We are already planning on getting a larger one next year)

The top of the slide is not safe

Very unsafe. My 2 year old just fell off the top of the slide because the top was so flimsy.
