It works, but seems a bit of a flimsy build.

It’s nice, but it’s definitely a bit flimsy on the build. I’d only use it for the heavy and awkward boxes I can’t carry up or down the stairs. Otherwise, it’s much faster to carry boxes on stairs yourself. It takes a bit of time to get the item on the stairs stepper and get it strapped on. The wheels to go up and down the stairs should also be a bit bigger.

Well designed and constructed

The tiny tools provided for screwing on the casters are barely adequate, but it's not too difficult if you use your own normal-sized wrench and screwdriver. Once assembled, it's an impressive gadget. It feels solid and strong, unlike my previous climbing cart, on which some plastic parts broke with heavy use. All the key parts on this cart are metal, so I expect it to last a long time.

Worked for what we needed.

Needed 2 of these for moving house. Held 3 large boxes in stacks without problems, even the heavy ones like dishes and books. The wheels are helpful. Loud though, so be careful if you've got neighbors or whatever, because even when it's climbing stairs it goes "thump" against the stair. Be aware of it! But otherwise? GREAT purchase.

Love it.

I purchased this item for father, the delivery is very fast, takes 4 days to my address.We couldn't figure out why put casters on the fold down plate. Other than that, it seems to be more sturdy than others on the market.
