Costway Drop-Leaf Kitchen Island Trolley Cart Wood Storage Cabinet w/ Spice Rack White

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter's third floor apartment. Her tiny kitchen has limited counter space and storage. This fit perfectly and can be moved around as needed. It did take quite a bit of time to put together (about 2-2.5 hours), but the instructions were easy to follow and pieces were well labeled. It seems to be really good quality. The drawers are sturdy and glide well on the rollers. The cupboard shelves are very thick and should hold her cookware well.

I didn't expect this to be as sturdy as it is. It's held up for over a year now and has saved a ton of room in my kitchen. Nice size drawers and 3 shelves helped me store bowls, soda cases, small appliances, and easy to grab snacks.

For the cost of this item the quality is not great. The pressed wood was warped and the holes for the screws were not at the same level on each side. Because of this the cabinet doors don’t close well and are t aligned. It also doesn’t seem incredibly sturdy.

It’s been 6 weeks and I sincerely regret paying for this item. At first it seemed ok. Assembly wasn’t too difficult, any cosmetic imperfections were somewhat minor, and having an island on wheels was a real perk. About 5 weeks in and all 3 drawers are broken. I’m very gently with them, yet all of them won’t line up on the track anymore. It’s like somehow the width between the left and right track is slightly too big, so the drawer can only reach one track or the other if that makes sense. The front pieces of each drawer have also disconnected because they are only held together with a metal bolt and that cheap joint connector nut (round thing you twist to hold the bolt in place). So basically 50% of the island is now completely broken and obsolete. Not what I would expect for how much I paid. Hugely disappointed and wish that customer service would actually do something about it.

Overall the cart is good for the price but the directions could be more explicit.

I wouldnt be upset if this product cost 200, but since its nearly 400, its absolutely unacceptable. The manufacter sent us the wrong items, that had the incorrect measurments of holes and then when we asked to be sent the correct items they said it would take 30+ days! Returning this is also a nightmare since it comes in two parcels. The wood is cheap and cracked easily, and the whole thing felt wobbly when assembled. Overall a terrible experience. Please do NOT waste your money.

The item is just what they were looking for BUT I gave it as a gift and the top is destroyed. Target told me they can’t help with an exchange but I can order a new one and return the existing built one. Not ideal. I called the company that made it and they offered some solutions. Unfortunately the item arrived late and now is out of stock so there isn’t a good solution available. Disappointing this time around, Target is usually very reliable and easy to work with.
