we ordered this AC for an office in the manufacturing plant it gets hot but the office needs to stay cool and boy does it do its job! the windows on the office will be fogged over in the am! nice break in the summer time for workers to come in and get a little relief

Ice cold air!

Great air conditioner for our third floor space! Even on the hottest days, this was pushing out ice cold air. Window setup was easy with the pieces provided. We will be getting another one for a second bedroom.

We Were Pleasantly Surprised!!!

My husband and I own an Airbnb in the Caribbean and the home has a very small one bedroom apartment on the lower level. We bought this for that apartment and we were pleasantly surprised at how well it cools the place!! The only part is that you have to make sure that when you set it up, it's set up in an area where the vent is placed in an area that does not throw off the aesthetics. You'll have to be a bit creative.

Works Great!

Although it's rated for about 700 square feet of cooling I use it in my shop (1500sf) and it does a great job. It's fairly quiet, keeps temperature steady and runs flawlessly.

Excellent quality with fast shipping!

Excellent quality, easy to lift and maneuver, setup took about ten minutes. Cooled well in our spare bedroom, everything you need is included in the box except for modifications that you might need for your window (we had to stick some evaporation tubes out the screen window).

Cools a large area Efficiently and Quietly

I bought this air conditioner system over 5 months ago for a temporary use while my central A/C unit has still been pending to get fixed by the warranty but its held up and kept the entire house decently cool efficiently and quietly. I could imagine If this was placed in a bedroom it'd just cool the room very quickly since it kept up to be powerful enough from the living room.

Warranty Process Very User Unfriendly

Impossible to register the air conditioner to activate the warranty. Looks like the process was intentionally made as difficult as possible. No readily available human customer support.

Look great. Work great.

I bought this for use last summer. I did not install right away and let it sit for a few days before installing, following the recommendation. So far, it is great. The cooling comes around very quick and quiet. No draining needed. No problems so far. I had a the constructor (who worked on my house) to install it. Thus, I can't comment on the installation. But he did it quick. I actually bought this per suggestion from my constructor. I would recommend this.

Portable Air conditioner for our

Purchased this for a VRBO we were setting up and needed a strong but smaller portable unit that we could roll into a closet and not have to deal with window units every year. This one definitely did the job as we were working in the unit the whole of August thru September during a bit of a heat wave in CDA Idaho. It kept us cool while working and kept our marriage intact! LOL. Hope that it continues to work just as well this coming summer!
