The electrician installed it easily. It arrived in perfect condition. Although the color is more minimalist, this family room unit is quite interesting. The heat came on quickly. The only negative is that the fasteners on the wall should be more durable and are being replaced. The remote control works fine with new batteries.

The fireplace is well made and looks nice. The only thing that bothers me is the noise it makes. It's a bit annoying, but if you're listening to music or watching TV you won't hear it. ))

have two fireplace/TV centers with this set, one 60" and one 72". The fireplace was easy to install and functions as expected. I don't usually use the remote because it is so easy to turn on and change the color of the screen. I haven't needed to use the heater since I live in SW Florida, but these units are worth the money. I would definitely purchase again.

I purchased this fireplace when I expanded my house in 2022. I am very happy with it. It is amazing to be able to adjust the room temperature and flame color. This is already my third year using this fireplace.

Great fireplace!! My bedroom is large so it takes a while for the room to warm up, but that's not because of any flaws with the fireplace. Just make sure the size of the room is in relation to the heat output of the fireplace.

Got it for Christmas for my husband and we both love it. We mounted it on our bedroom wall. The flames look beautiful and more realistic than other electric fireplaces I've seen. We chose the log fireplace but it also came with clear stones for a change. It heats up amazingly! We tried the heat settings several times and the room really got much warmer. We set the sleep timer every night and it worked great. Fantastic! Definitely recommend.

In February 2023, I started building a large room above the garage that was planned when we built our house. My wife found this electric fireplace on costway and we ordered it. It complements the space perfectly, being both beautiful and comfortable while providing real warmth. Although the room we installed it in is larger than this heater is rated for, it still provides noticeable heat and warmth to the room. This heater offers two settings, which you can consider low and high, although it is not labeled accordingly. The fan does not blow directly at you in the room. Instead, the heat is noticeably lost about 2-3 feet from the front of the fireplace, or similar to how any electric heater without a noisy fan would dissipate as the heat rises. Considering that this electric fireplace heater is electric, you will not feel the extreme heat it brings like a traditional fireplace. But it does create a warm atmosphere that you can definitely feel when you are close to it and even want to stand in front of it. Overall, I am very happy with its heat output. Although the room has central air conditioning/heating, this electric fireplace is a very good supplemental heat source that can noticeably increase the heat and thus warmth in the room. I found myself turning this heater off because it would bring the room temperature significantly above the central heating thermostat setting. A quick word about the room and the features of the electric fireplace will help understand my use and why I recommend this electric fireplace heater. The room we purchased this electric fireplace for is located above an unheated garage space, but the space is a well-planned, insulated space. Therefore, this electric heater is not my primary heat source, but rather a supplemental heat source. As a supplemental heat source, it performed much better than I expected. The heater function is very quiet when set to either setting, and remains silent when the heat function is turned off but the flame aesthetic is used. You must use the flame aesthetic function, which is essentially an "on" setting, to use the heat function of this electric fireplace. As mentioned above, the unit runs very quietly even with the heat setting turned up to the highest, and can be easily heard through the very quiet fan of the heat function even when listening to the TV at a low volume. I had no concerns about safe operation at all because this electric fireplace heater is securely mounted with screws and will not emit unsafe amounts of heat into the surrounding space where it is installed. It can be flush mounted so the front glass panel can sit flush with any wall surface as long as there are no studs or you plan or remodel the space to accommodate this electric fireplace heater. You only need to install a 120-volt wall outlet near the unit for safe operation. I ran a separate circuit just for this wall outlet to prevent overloading the room circuit, as this room is the main media room with audio-visual equipment. Space heaters often draw most of the amp rating of a circuit, and most houses may contain multiple wall outlets, so keep this in mind to ensure safe operation and prevent tripping circuit breakers or replacing fuses due to overloading the circuit. I had no concerns or issues with this electric fireplace heater because of the planning for safe operation. From a cosmetic perspective, this unit offers many options. All settings and options can be controlled from the unit itself or with the remote control. The remote control range is the biggest limiting factor. You need to be within about 10 feet for it to work properly. That said, you can control the heat settings, change the color of the hearth and flame bed, and adjust the speed of the flames. Other available features include a dimmer and an automatic timer shutoff feature. While there are multiple color options for each, there are only two that really appeal to me. I almost always set the flame bed to a near-natural gas blue and the flames to a near-realistic flame orange. The speed of the flames can also be changed with several settings, from a near-slow flame to a slow flame to a more realistic flame look. I prefer the more realistic look and speed of this unit, which is fine for an overall cozy look. I believe this electric fireplace is fairly realistic, but my photos or videos can't capture that accurately. The experience is much better when seeing it in person and set to the proper flame bed and flame setting look. It's a great addition to our space and it works well for us for its intended heating function. When we purchased it in February of '23 at a discount of $100 off the list price, it's still more expensive than it is today. If you're considering this electric fireplace but haven't compared the advantages of electric fireplaces in person; I believe this electric fireplace is a good value for the money. I don't think it's the best choice for a primary heat source, and probably not if supplemental heat is extremely needed. However, if you want a combination of leisure and comfort, this electric fireplace is a great combination in terms of looks, functionality, and price.

It's cute, it looks great in our house, and it keeps the heat out really well. We bought it for our little lake house. I don't like the gap, so we're going to fix it. And our stove had a chip in it, and the box looked like it was going to break, so we took all the parts apart to make sure they were all there. It took my husband the better part of a day to put it together, uh, a whole day.

Easy to assemble. Free standing. I bought an adjustable bookshelf to elevate the fireplace. The heat is great, sometimes I turn on the flame and there is no heat. What a great fireplace.
