Piece of garbage. & that's where I put it! Flimsy, unsturdy, waste of money. Do not buy.

Can be a problem on uneven ground. Works the way its advertised and much cheaper than other firm-sided products.

Very cool and easy to use rain barrel. I did not put it under the spout simply because I use rain water to water my garden only. It was my main purpose because rain water can help my plants grow so fast. When install, do not forget the rings for the inside and outside. They help prevent water leaks. Also, the filters must be placed inside the barrel. The overflow is near the top of the barrel as well. I've been using this barrel since spring and it still work like a champ. No leaks nor anything wrong with it. I can connect a water hose to it and spray my plants with no issue.

I wasn't really sure how this would stand up to holding water buts it's working wonderful. I've had it probably 5 months I fill it up almost every day it's holding up great..

It is fairly easy to assemble. You need a solid surface to sit it on. So plan on an additional cost for that depending what location you're putting it in. If you plan on attaching a hose to the spigot, you will need to purchase a quick connector. And it leaks around that spigot so plan on buying plumbers goop to fix that. I purchased this to set up an automatic watering system for my garden while on vacation. I have yet to set it up because of the above problems. It seems that once it is set up it will serve it's purpose. It holds plenty of water and should last for the purpose as long as there are no leaks. One of the supports bent once it was filled with water but does not affect the container from holding water without collapsing, time will tell how long though.

I bought this for my dad as he typically used buckets to collect water. This product is great and he repurchased another one

I love gardening when the weather is warm. It's kind of expensive water bill in the hot summer. I heard this rain barrels from a friend, visited her garden last summer. She had 4 in her house and really saved a lot. It's great for the environment too. She highly recommended this one. The thickness and easy to setup is very attractive to me. I will update back after summer with my savings in water bill!

The only thing to be weary about in this product is the backflow. You have to make sure the back flow is away from the house otherwise it may leak into your house. The product works well and looks quite sturdy. I have yet to see how it does in extremely cold environments.

we looking for a kind of container to saving some rain water for garden. this is exactly what i want. we don't have pet btw. this is good quality, and perfect size. very satisfy shopping.

so far so good! very easy to set up, great way to collect rainwater.just be sure that the container is on completely level surface!otherwise it will tip over and loose water.

This is a perfect water storage for my garden. Could save some water. Set it on my backyard, I have a stone table for it. It has been raining past few days, collecting some water for coming days.

It looks stylish, are very sturdy, and were easy to install and drain.

this is easy to assemble. Just out on the holding legs and the two outlet. I cut my gutter a little bit higher than the height of this rain collector and put a tube to make the water drop to the opening of the collector. It works great. The only problem is I do not have a right adapter for the bottom one but I finally found the right one to connect my hose to this collector. You can see through my video. It works very well. This can hold a lot of water and I can use these to water my vegetables! Keep in mind that for the level of the collector, the higher the level the better the pressure you get to water the veggies from this rain collector. Overall, I'm so happy with this rain collector and I recommend!

Good product. Works well and very easy to assemble

I purchased to collect water from air conditioner that is located in our attic. About 3-5 gallons/day drips down. The container works ok, but the ground beneath needs to be level. A ridged barrel would work better, but this one is easier to store since it can be rolled up. The opening valve is set at ground level so it's hard to empty into a watering can so I just unzip the top and submerge at container. It would work well if it was raised above ground level about 12-18". Overall it's a decent way to collect and reuse water.

Great value. Works as expected. Easy to move if you'd like to, easy to put together and the spigot works well. Just need to put it on a stand as you do any rain barrel. It's not decorative but if that's not important then this is a great rain barrel.

I'm used the portable rain barrel 3 week already, still now,not leaking ,not broken,green color fit my garden, but it not big sides,recommend small backyard to buy it,save water,save money. If any issues,will be back update .

I plant fruit and vegetable in my back yard and side yard in last two years trying to save some money, but the water bill caused my headache. This year I bought this barrel trying to cut down my water bill. Very easy to assemble and disassemble. Doesn't take up much space. I put it on the little stage at my side yard day before rain days this week. 53 gallon are great amount for twice watering. Easy to use water through the valve down on the bottom, and the water is pretty clean, so the filter is well functioning. No sure about its durability. trying to get more if it helps me save more in my water bill. If you want some free and clean water (not for drinking), try this barrel. will try to update its durability in the future.

I bought this item when our water was turned off for repairs, and found it helpful for non-potable water that I use to wash my floors and clothes. We have hard water here, which doesn't work well to clean things.The barrel needs to be put on a stable surface, so I used bricks and 2x4s to make one. It also need to be raised so that the spigot (near the bottom) has clearance enough for you to put a bucket under it.It will not be entirely sturdy until it is full of water. Place it in a spot under your roof where the water falls a lot during rains, and it will fill quickly.Watch out, though -it also has an overflow valve. When it gets full, water will pour from that valve. If you have a bucket, or another barrel, you could put it next to it, and not lose any water.I have had mine outside for 6 months, and it is still working beautifully. It's great for watering for your plants, too, since it has no chloride or flouride in it.If you plan to use this for potable water, you shoould not use water from your roof, unless it is tin or ceramic. Asphalt, like mine has too much gravel and tar in it to drink. Even then, you MUST boil the water before drinking. Bird poop and insect larvae will be present if you do not.One more thing: the spigot at the bottom is small, but can be hooked to a hose for wstering your garden. It also has a screen to filter the water of insects and other debris. The top can be unzipped to allow you to scoop water from it, and has a mosqito/debris screen on top.

I already had 2 plastic rain barrel, but I plant a lot of vegetable, so it is not enough for it. compare to the plastic barrel, this is much convenient because it could close and store inside, and quality is very good too, I would recommend this one rather than the plastic barrel.
