Costway 51" Home Office Desk with Floating Desktop Dual Drawers Cabinet & Metal Frame

LOVE the look of this desk and the finished product. It is just the right touch of a 1960s vibe while still being modern. It's adorable and sturdy. I got a pink velvet chair with gold legs off Amazon to go with it. Only reason for 4 stars is the instructions kind of suck. My husband did most of the work on it and he is pretty good at that type of stuff, but the instructions were not clear on a couple of really important things: 1. First step where you screw in the black pieces that will eventually hold the drawers - those black parts are actually 2 different pieces that need to come apart BEFORE you screw them into the drawer sides. Directions DO NOT make it obvious and do not show how they come apart. There is a plastic pointed piece that you have to slide over and the smaller piece will slide right out of the bigger piece but it took a few minutes to figure that out b/c directions are not clear on that at all. 2. When you go to screw in the 2 pieces on the very bottom (the gold "legs") the directions give a strange order having you screw in the legs after all the sides are put together which makes it more awkward to screw the screws in. The legs can actully be put on before you get that far so it's easier to work. He learned from the first one and then changed the order to make it easier on the second one. Hope this helps anyone putting it together. After the drawer slide debacle, the assembly went pretty fast. I think it took him just about 2 hours to get it all done. It's a great desk, lots of desk space while still being perfect for a smaller space (which I needed) and very aesthetically pleasing. I am so impressed with it, especially at the sale price point of $175 (note- don't think it is may be quite work its original price point of $449 but more around a $250-$300 price point and $175 is a great deal) I am so happy with it.

This is desk is great quality! I love the design. Took hubby some time to put together. Be careful not too over drill as the material can get damaged.

The table is amazing! It was very easy to assemble, looks great, and the electric lift works perfectly. It had a minor issue when it first arrived, so I contacted customer service and they went above and beyond to make me happy. Highly recommend!

Why did you choose this product over others?: This is an awesome and sturdy adjustable desk! Standing feels so much better than sitting, and it's definitely healthier. My wife and I put it together in about half an hour. It's a huge improvement over my previous desk and I highly recommend it! Functionality: It works perfectly; you can push a button to raise or lower the desk, and you can sit and work if you prefer. However, I highly recommend standing while working, as it's healthier in the long run. Height Adjustment: The height adjustment is awesome because you can adjust it to your needs. Ease of Assembly: This product was fairly easy to assemble. I recommend two people assembling it together because it's faster, which is what we did. Build Quality: It's pretty sturdy and can handle my setup, which includes 4 monitors and monitor stands.

I've been using this standing desk for a week now and here are my thoughts and review. Assembly was pretty quick... probably took about 30 minutes. The mechanism works well. My complaints are that the wood finish doesn't seem very sturdy, and I'm very afraid to put anything wet on it for fear of staining the wood. Also, the way the wood top is attached to the metal brackets makes me believe this will not be a long-lasting desk.

The package arrived on time. Good quality and functions as expected. It was fairly easy to install as long as you follow the instructions. I assembled it myself. I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend.

I've had this table for about a month or two now. I love it and it's been very durable. The only thing I would caution potential buyers about is to read the instructions carefully. It's not easy to align the small nails on the three boards you need to assemble the tabletop. Maybe it's just my lack of skill - but that step took me several hours and I even had to leave for a while because it was too annoying. Other than that, it's a great table.
