Beautiful and functional product

Giving it 4 stars due to shipping. Came in one box nothing was damaged and arrived on a Sunday which I thought was weird. Easy to assemble, extra parts, screws thru me off a bit with how it's suppose to have the covering on it and set inside of panel. It does lift and had to try to hammer eventually to attempt to get it to fix. It's lightweight definitely don't think it's worth the money but it is a unique design which I do like. Quality isn't up to par but you get what you paid for and even with looking at reviews and still buying I wouldn't say it was a complete waste of money. Again it's not tall

I love the look and finish on the shelf. It looks great in my small space. It also has hidden compartments where you can keep more books if you want a less cluttered look. However, be careful with the alignment of some of the screws (number 2) before you tighten them. The instructions are not very clear and one of my shelves chipped a little as a result. Great buy overall.

Terrible shipping process, terrible packaging, damaged parts

MORE THAN WHAT I EXPECTED. I LOVE IT AND WOULD DEFINETTLY BUY ANOTHER IF II HAD ROOM. THE BLACK AND WHITE IS SO RICH LOOKING AND BEHIND THE BLACK IS SPACE TO HIDE THINGS. THE SHELVES ARE PERFECT SIZES AND STURDY. I AM 74 AND THIS WAS EASY FOR ME TO ASSEMBLE...THANKS TO A GREAT COMPANY FOR MAKING A GREAT QUALITY BOOK CASE

We have used these in multiple areas of our home. They are sturdy and have all been in good shape when arrived. They take some time to put together but not very difficult if you following the instructions.

Pretty easy to assemble I did it without my husband's help. All I needed was a screwdriver. And the size is perfect fits in perfect exactly what I was hoping for nice and sturdy it's got a good weight to it which makes you feel like it's real wood

I was hesitant about this bookshelf because it's a bit on the small side, but I do love it! It's more for decorative purposes so it was the perfect fit. Assembly was super easy and it's sturdy. Only thing is to be gentle so it doesn't chip which looks like it can easily.

It's an interesting design. It's cute and funky. It's worth the price. And easy to assemble.

My daughter put this shelf for her room together all by herself and it looks fabulous!

This is a Costway product - contrary to the strange Chinese "brand" names you'll see it as. The product was shipped via Fedex which scared me because every package I receive via Fedex (until now) is damaged with a 75% return rate. However, this package only had a very minor gash. And due to the excellent packaging by Costway, nothing was damaged. I'm not a fan of 'engineered wood', however, this is the only piece I could find that fit my space and design needs. And it does not disappoint. The engineering, quality of manufacture, assembly intuitiveness and documentation are extremely good. The 'engineered wood' is covered in a textured plasticized material that feels good, looks like it will resist minor bumps and scratches, and will definitely resist spills. The presentation of the photos was perfect for not only showing the product exactly as it looks, but also different uses and to show that the bookcases front and back can be switched - which was critical to my use case. The design is very modern and fit my décor perfectly. I was surprised to have space left over after filling it with my books. And the design allowed for books to be vertical and horizontal for the large ones. I would totally recommend this product - especially in black and white as the contrast gives it the 'modern' look, vs. just white.
