Perfect for summer

It took about two hours to install, and the chair is low, making it more suitable for shorter people. The cushions are very comfortable. The colors are bright, and it has withstood direct sunlight and heavy rain over the past few months and is still intact.

Excellent customer service

Had some issues with assembly, missing a part, and was going to return it. However, after working with the excellent customer service team, we were able to resolve the issue and they are sending a replacement. Overall great product quality. Really like these pads. Just a few of the holes were a little hard to find when assembling, but overall, not bad for the price.

Affordable

We completely renovated our patio. So I picked these because I didn't want to spend a thousand dollars on patio furniture. They are awesome. I love everything about them except the cushions. I could probably buy the cushions somewhere else but I love these furniture too much.

Beautiful room. Love the lights. But the ice packs melted quickly in warm weather. I wish they would last longer.

A wonderful addition to our deck

We weren't sure how long our (newly built) patio would last so wanted to try something a little less expensive. To be honest, you can tell it's on the cheaper side but I think it looks great and has held up pretty well for the time we've had it in so far. For the price it's a steal but don't expect the same quality as a $1000+ couch. It's also fun to take the kids to rummage through the cushions if you live in a very windy area! :)

You get what you pay for

These are just OK. They fade almost immediately in the sun, the cushions aren't very comfortable, and they're a real pain to assemble. Considering the whole set is under $500, this is definitely a steal.

**Updated Review** After leaving the review, the seller contacted me immediately to let me know that the glass and cushion covers would be replaced. I have received them. Excellent customer service! I decided to purchase this sectional because of the price and size. We have a small patio and this size is perfect! It arrived earlier than expected (within 4 days of purchase). Assembly was easy but also a hassle. We received it within 24 hours and one cushion was already broken and the glass was scratched. If it weren't for the poor quality of the cushions, I would give this sectional 5 stars.

Instructions and hardware in the fourth of four boxes

Once you figure out which part is which, it's fairly simple to assemble (some of the stickers fell off in the box). The cushions aren't as thick as I would have liked, but are relatively comfortable.
