No hardware to assemble the heater update
The product was sent to me without the assembly tools and screws. There is no point in buying it if it cannot be assembled and used. Update: Customer service has resolved the issue. The patio heater is beautiful. Thank you for helping me resolve the issue.

Quality and Customer Service
The product is of great quality and has a large heating area. The customer service of this company is also great. I received a package with a part missing and they responded very quickly and sent the part to me very quickly. I am very satisfied with the product and service.

Great customer service and great products
I'm giving this product a high review again because of the customer service. The instructions were not great and the parts labels were all wrong (didn't match the model I ordered), so it wasn't as easy to assemble as advertised. First, throw away the wrench and buy your own screwdriver and socket. The heater worked fine and as expected. I would buy again, but only if the instructions and parts labels were correct.

Works great, looks great, and assembly is relatively simple
Take everything out of the box. Be sure to take the hardware packaging out as well. Have someone start removing the blue protective tape on the four pieces that connect together and the top piece, as this process is fiddly and time consuming. When removing the blue protective film, move gently along the edges. Get a set of socket wrenches and screwdrivers. Then, connect the four bent metal pieces together to form a large circle using only the holes on the outside, as you will later connect the top piece to it using the holes on the inside. The top piece is "bowled" down. Sequence: 1. Attach the wheels to the base; 2. Attach the three bent rods to the base. The tops of the bends point toward each other (inward). Now I put the 20 lb tank on the base. 3. The lower pipe triangle is connected to the top of the 3 bent rods 4. After feeding the gas line down the upper pipe, the upper pipe is connected to the heater unit 5. The circle, now with the top cover attached (bowl facing down), is connected to the heater unit with the 3 double threaded screws. 6. Remove the 4 existing screws from the top of the lower pipe. You will use them again to attach the entire upper section of the heater to the lower section of the heater. 7. Run the gas line from the bottom of the upper pipe down through the lower pipe where it comes out of the gas tank. 8. Screw it onto a 20 lb LPG tank. 9. Open the tank valve, turn the unit dial 1/4 turn counterclockwise and hold it, and press the ignition button. It will ignite quickly, but you will have to continue to press the dial for a few seconds to get a good flow of gas. Hope this helps!

So cool
This heater is by far my favorite. It works with propane so your easily able to use it anytime without power. It has wheels and is easy to move anywhere. It has autoshutoff so if it gets tipped and is about to fall it will shut off and not start a fire.

Works great
These radiators work great and look great. I ended up shortening them by 8 inches but the tall ones are still safe to use. I had to do this because I put them under a covered patio and felt that the top was too hot. I feel like this really lowered the temperature up there by a good 20 degrees. To shorten them I had to cut a piece off. This was a bit of a headache for a brand new radiator but I had no choice. It is very easy to cut with a cutting disc and takes only seconds. First I taped it roughly centered where I would cut with 2 inch thick painters tape. Then I used a marking gauge to accurately draw a line in the center of the tape, along the circumference of where I would cut. I made sure I was slightly above the cutting line. Once the cut was complete I used a grinding disc to sand it down flush with the center (I was still a few millimeters above the line). This had to be exact or the unit would not sit vertically on top. I then measured the circumference exactly and divided by 4 to mark the center of the screw holes. I marked the holes with a punch. I then selected a drill bit that would fit through the original holes. Used a small drill bit (1/16) to drill and worked my way up to the correct size (forgot what it was). Once I was done with it all it fitted perfectly. The hoses get longer as you lower it but it all still fits inside the unit.

No built-in weighted base, but good customer service.
The increase in star rating is due to the excellent customer service. Pros: It was fairly easy to assemble and it provides very good heat. Cons: The base of this unit does not have built in weights, but instead has clips that allow you to screw the unit to your patio/wood service. Unfortunately we have a stone patio so we were unable to bolt it down, and despite having a full propane tank it blew over and sustained significant damage in the storm. The seller was very responsive when the damage occurred, hence the high rating. If you will be using it somewhere you can screw it down, it will probably work for you. If not, you may need to purchase aftermarket weights to put on the base, or be sure to move it to a garage if the winds are very strong. One last comment - the bolts on the top of the heat shield did start to show some galvanic/bimetallic corrosion - corrosion that occurs when two dissimilar metals come into contact. However, it is not visible from underneath.
