Good value but a bit uncomfotable

Good value for the 3 piece set but I have had some complaints. I dislike that the cushions don’t strap down to the chairs. The chairs themselves are not the most comfortable after 20-30 minutes. However, the design and quality of them seem to have held up over the 1.5 years I have used them.

Rusting after less than 1 year

Feet began rusting after less than 1 year. Granted I do live in Florida only a few miles from the ocean, but come on, this is supposed to be outdoor patio furniture. Glass table top is only held by suction cups! If you tilt the table even a litte, the glass will slide right off. This happened to me and it landed right on my foot. Cushions are also very thin, I have to use both of them for a decent thickness. I live alone so it's not an issue, but if you're hoping for 2 people to use this set all the time, you will need to buy new cushions. At least they have removable and washable covers which is nice. Otherwise the weaving is pretty sturdy, and even though the legs are rusting a bit, they are sturdy, nothing has ever been knocked over even in strong thunderstorms. However, the table top's sliding off issue does mean I have to take the table inside as a precaution whenever there's a serious storm. However, at a regular price of OVER FOUR HUNDRED dollars, this should NOT be rusting after only a few months, and could have better quality cushions. Between a sale and a gift card, I paid only 170 or so. If you're not on a budget, look for something longer lasting, but otherwise this is not worth its regular price by far.

This is a cute set for the on sale price, but the cushions are very cheaply made and do not provide any support or comfort. I will need to buy separate cushions to be comfortable. . The chairs and table themselves were easy to put together and do look nice, but it would not have been worth the original price of over $400.

Cute set!

Nice set for such an affordable price! I gave it a 4 star rating only because the cushions are very thin and I'm going to have to replace them to find some that are comfortable. Otherwise, it's a great set! Very durable and sturdy. I added a couple of poufs with it and I can't wait to get it set up on my new patio!

Arrived damaged

Wicker wrap arrived broken and falling off. It's not convenient for me to drive into the closest target to return. I'm handy enough to probably fix it, but would like to be able to get partial compensation for the damage instead of just returning.

Hardware was missing and color is not the same as picture

My order was missing the hardware and allen wrench to put it together. I recieved the instructions but the bag was open on one end and there was no trace of the screws, washers, or allen wrench in the box. I even unpacked everything and checked through all the plastic wrap and under the flaps inside the box. I will have to buy my own hardware to put these together. They are also not the color shown in the product picture. The color is less warm, and much more grey tones, it's a bit more khaki colored than a bright tawny color. I chose to order this because I preferred the color in the product picture but these are much more dull in person. The only good thing is the parts themselves do seem sturdy and reasonably well made. I'm disappointed these not the same color as shown in the product picture, and I'm especially disappointed that I will have to spend even more money to buy hardware to put them together, as I've already unpacked everything while searching for the hardware and it would be a lot of trouble to repack and return these. I do not recommend ordering these.
