Rife with manufacturing flaws

Rife with manufacturing flaws. We received this set as a gift from our wedding registry. It took approximately 5 hours to try and put things together, ultimately needing to use rope to tie misaligned pieces together. At numerous spots, nails were sticking out the backs of the chairs, along the hand rails, and through bolt holes, making it impossible to put together. The table was great and easy to put together. Exchanged a number of emails with the manufacturer and Target, both refusing to accept responsibility. Target ultimately instructed us to return the item for reduced value of what the product was selling at. We've been trying to come to a resolution for months now, but Target and the manufacturing company are refusing to help any more. In the meantime, this product's price has continued to escalate. I highly recommend avoiding purchasing product through Targets online marketplace, as they refuse to fulfill supporting exchange of quality products.

Good for the price

This item is worth the price when it is one sale. It was relatively easy to put together. The chairs wobble slightly since the legs are a tad uneven. The only downside is there are no straps to keep the top cushion from falling down so I will have to do some kind of DIY to fix that (command strips are obviously not works per the pic). All in all it’s a good set!
