ONE Use - then USELESS

I am so disappointed and so are our poor kids. Bought this for Christmas, set it up, charged it and my kids drove it for an hour till the battery was out. Charged it for another 10 hours and now the item won’t work at all. Literally one drive out of it. This was a HUGE splurge for us as money is very tight and now I just want to cry.
