Not even a year yet and the spinner broke. It is nice to have and has been working great but the spinner shouldn't have broke this quick!

Great for apartment use! Saves me a trip to the laundromat, washes clothes efficiently, and the spin dryer works great. The water inlet hose doesn't fit my faucet, so now I have to fill the basin with a bucket or more of water, but I've seen others use the hose from the hand shower to fill it. So there are options. It's not big enough for a big, heavy comforter or duvet cover, but that's not a big deal. I can still use it to wash 90% of my laundry. Very happy with this purchase! ?????????? and the price is reasonable.

I work from home and do laundry on weekdays; sometimes I forget to pick up my laundry because I'm so busy. I'm not happy when my laundry is stolen or left on my desk. I waited a while to review this washer because I wanted to make sure it really worked. I'm very satisfied. This washer has manual functions, like fill and drain; the spin is separate. Don't overload the washer. My clothes came out clean. The spin gets all the excess water out and it dries quickly. I put it in the tub and it's not heavy to get in and out. It's not too noisy either. I recommend it

This thing is AMAZING if you don’t have washer/dryer hookups. I rent and laundry costs me $11+ weekly to wash only 1 week’s worth of clothes, not including bedding or blankets. This washer is very easy to use and cleans my clothes much better than a non-portable unit. My only concern is the durability of the unit, it feels a bit flimsy and I’m worried the spinner on the drying side will break over time. Overall this unit works great so far and is paying for itself.

This portable washer is beyond my expectations. The fact that it washes everything but comforters it's so clutch!! The best deck on I ever made was getting it!.

I was so surprised at how powerful this washing machine is. It has a strong agitation for its size and make. My clothes got so clean. The washing machine holds a lot of clothes. The dryer is just as powerful too. My clothes comes out almost dry. I am so pleased that I purchased this machine.

Just got it today and it’s not spinning. Not sure why, never had this issue with a new machine.

Came earlier than expected and well packaged. I am disabled but was able to get it in, move it to the designated location and unbox/install it myself. Had to take a few breaks but did it. Installation: I store and use it in a full size tub/shower (when I need to use the tub I put it outside on a luggage cart with wheels and push it to the kitchen area and put it back when I'm done since I live in a very small studio apartment). Since it is 100% gravity drained, I ordered two non-slip footstools and put them in the tub slightly apart and then placed the washer on the footstools (the space between the footstools allows for good air flow to the bottom where the washer motor is and keeps the bottom of the washer away from any drain flow) which lifts the washer off the tub floor for full gravity drain (I just let the drain hose dangle into the tub and use the tub drain). The lint filter in the washer keeps the drain clean enough to not cause issues with clogging the tub drain (but you have to keep the filter clean!). Even though the cord is a little longer, I still had to use a heavy duty extension cord with a surge protector for added safety. Since I'm using it in the tub, I don't have water hooked up, I just use the handheld shower head to fill it with water to the desired water temperature and level, and it works great! (It doesn't have an automatic water level, so you have to manually fill it by turning the water on and off.) How it works: I find it works best with just a few loads at a time (like 2 light cotton blend long sleeve shirts and 1 light cotton sleeveless robe per wash) and a full tub of water. Soak cycle, then normal wash cycle. It does intermittent agitation, which is pretty strong (sometimes strong enough to tie items up...haha) and does get clothes clean. At the end of the wash cycle, if the drain is fast and complete (if the hose is below the bottom of the washer), manually switch to the drain cycle. You can choose how many wash cycles you want to do by refilling the water and resetting the timer. I find that the spin side works best when I only spin one load at a time (unless it's socks or underwear), it spins really fast and gets almost all the water out! When using the spin side, keep the setting on the "drain" position for best results (you can add fresh water while it's spinning to help with rinsing). I find it easier to do the rinse cycle on the washer side. After spinning the clothes, I rinse the washer first and then switch the timer from drain to normal. Put the clothes in the washer and refill. Set to normal wash cycle for a full rinse, then switch to the "drain" setting. Finally, give each piece of clothing a short spin! Clothes are done! Hang them up to dry. I find it's best to clean the filter in the washer first, then turn on the drain setting and rinse both sides with a hand shower, so that the washer and spin basket stay clean and fresh and ready for the next use. It looks beautiful. Easy to install and use. It's not noisy at all (I put it next to the shared wall in the apartment and my neighbor said he couldn't hear it at all, he said my shower/bath was louder than the washer...haha). So all in all (only had it for a few months so far) it works better than I expected! I'm very satisfied and would recommend. I haven't contacted customer service yet so I can't fix this. If anything changes or fails, I'll update, otherwise no new updates are good news, all is well!

So far I am loving this thing. My ONLY complaint is the water inlet hose isn't wide enough to fit completely around my faucet.

We needed a unit to do small loads at our vacation cottage. We looked for a unit where we could add the water manually rather than using a faucet hook up. This one fit the bill. We add fresh water with a bucket, add detergent and run the unit. The spin cycle is excellent and renders clothes just damp and ready to hang. The machine doesn't take up much space and is light and easy to move around if we need to. Highly recommend for small spaces.

It's on the cheaper side, but has held up for almost a month with weekly washes up to 4 loads each week. So signs of it breaking anytime soon.

As mentioned, the washer is 12 lbs capacity. I can wash an entire weeks of work clothes in one load
