Great buy!
I think this is the cutest cat house! It's solid and proved to be rain proof, I just wish it was Insulated a bit more. When it arrived it was slightly damaged, but still usable and the seller was quick to make it right. Its also bigger than i expected it be, easily fits multiple cats .All in all I love it and worth the buy

Great house for the price! Real wood. My husband was impressed. Doorway could be a little larger but otherwise it's awesome

CUTE FERAL KITTY ABODE
This feral cat house was too cute to not purchase. The assembly directions were easy to follow. We reinforced with glue. It should probably be weather coated. It is two separate "rooms", one on top of the other. Is it sturdy? Reasonably. I would not chance moving it around a lot, but it's solid. I wish you could access each room without blindly putting your hand in. I also wish there was an option for an opening between top and bottom rooms. The top you can just take off. I had a home made one last year. When I went to clean it out after the winter, I just dumped it, not knowing there a moma cat and 3 newborn kittens inside. One survived, but I felt bad.

Bought this for the outdoor feral cats we feed, so that they had something to sleep in. Adorable looking cat house.

Large Size Cat House
This is an easy house to assemble and looks really nice. I wouldn't say it will hold up in rainy weather inclement weather. I am going to put it under my porch roof. It will need to be weatherproofed and insulated for our neighborhood feral cats. The roof gets really hot in the Summer weather. Hopefully, the cats enjoy it.

Great for ferals
Was not easy to put together. But two of us managed. Had to use a drill because not all holes were predrilled. It has definitely held up in the rain so far and inside has stayed dry.

Beautiful cat condo.
The cat house can pretty much be assembled by one person, but in the beginning of assembly that one set of extra hands is nice. All the parts go together pretty nicely but there will come a time in assembly that you may question yourself as to what way the back of the cat house wall part 3 goes and the manual is not very descriptive. The framed part of the wall goes to the bottom. There are no written instructions other than hardware bag A and B showing when to use those screws. I would suggest a drill with a small drill bit as the wood you are screwing into does not have pre-drilled holes. The starter holes are drilled for you, just not the wood that you are drilling into. When you get to step 4 and you are installing the balcony ledge you may or may not find that there is only 1 hole on each side pre-drilled in part 1. You will have to drill another hole on each side to go into part 7. Be careful on this because you need to line the hole up perfectly or you will MISS going into part 7. The manual does show in step 4 to put 2 screws on each side too. I thought maybe I could get away with not doing it but the balcony ledge was to loose without doing it. Another step you may question is the last step and that is putting on the roof. Roof part 12 could go on 2 different ways but the correct way is having the overhang at the max on the back of the house with the roofing material going around the edge and under. Same with part 13 that roof should have the roofing material also looping under the outside edge of the house. The house is very nice but in climates with snow and ice and harsh weather I would suggest a very nice outdoor paint put on the house to make it last a long time. Our feral cats are very happy in their new dwelling. We lined it with flexible thin foam to help keep them warm in the winter.

Solid but not insulated, looks great assembled
Two of us assembled it rather quickly. It is heavy, so build it in place where you want it because moving it after will be a pain. One modification that I plan on doing in the spring: adding hinges to the roof section that is over the "hideout". There's no easy way to reach in there to get an animal out because of the porch fence. Being able to lift the roof like a toy box lid would be a great change to the design. Also, if you live where it gets really cold, besides adding bedding, look at using an old moving blanket as insulation on the walls and lightweight vinyl curtain to the doorways to help keep your "guests" warm.

Cute cat house
This would be an awesome little house if it was easier to assemble and homes lined up. We had to re-drill holes and cat stoop lined up better

Very cute cat house!
This cat house features two-story design with accessible front entrances on each floor of the structure. While doing so, a springboard on the side board and a small balcony on the second floor provide ample space for your feline companions to jump up and down in fun ways! The instructions were straightforward and straightforward to follow. Although it is not a heavy-duty wood, it is really attractive. It did have a strange smell about it at first, but it was gone within a day. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchase!

Gets very moldy
It's not very well treated for mold, and the wood is not very sturdy. In fact, it's extremely cheap not very good value.
