Handle bars not attaching

handle bars not attaching. The handle bars won't attach to the steering shaft or colum. I would rather be sent a new part instead of a full refund with its return, but its not allowing the option. My son was really looking forward to this. He said this gift made all his christmas dreams come true and now we cannot even get it buit to use it. Christmas dreams are now broken 💔

Nephew got it for his 4th birthday gift, he got to ride it 2 times before the battery gave out and quit working. Both times he rode it, the battery lasted roughly 10 mins before dying. Very disappointed in this item, total piece of crap.

Stopped working after a couple uses

Purchased this as a birthday gift for my son, came in 2 large packages and took me a little while to assemble it. My son loved it but unfortunately was only able to ride it a couple of times before it stopped working. The car turns on and lights up but there is no power to the wheels and will not go. I contacted costway in hopes of a solution because my son did enjoy it but the only solution is to return it for a refund. And to make it more inconvenient, I don't have a target in my city and if you want ups to pick it up you have to disassemble it and out it back in the boxes it came in.

Don't Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased this for Christmas present put it together on the 21st and no power to the wheels. Purchased thru Target because thought it would be easier to deal with because it was local. 2nd mistake!! Could not offer any help other then to return it for full refund. 3rd mistake purchased the 2 year protection no help told me to return it. Great Christmas!!!!!!

Amazingly sturdy for bigger toddlers!

I have to put it out there that I'm super impressed with this ride-on ATV! It came in 2 boxes and took around 45 minutes to assemble considering I had little hands in and on everything while I was trying to build it lol. The instructions were fairly clear to me.
