Dishonest "sale" pricing

This is not a $300 bike. I thought it was on sale because of Christmas, turns out it’s just always on sale. The bike is clunky, plastic parts are thin and cheap, the wheel fender is constantly coming loose and rubbing against the tire. Brakes were hard to adjust, and even harder for my daughter to use the hand brake because her little hand doesn’t have the strength or dexterity. And it is HEAVY. Extremely heavy, we were hoping to skip the training wheel phase because she’s been on a balance bike for years but she can’t hold the bike up on her own because it’s over twice her weight.

Logistics nightmare

Purchased twice, still no working bike. 1st time, merchant sent me a baby playpen. They won't send a replacement or return in-store, I had to go to UPS. 2nd time, one of the parts is wrong, no information on who to contact for missing/misfit parts. At this point, I'm so through with this purchase. Return.

Repackaged, damaged, used bike

Would give 0 stars if possible. Brought identical bikes for daughters. Both from Target. One arrived with tires aired up, scuffed, items disconnected others connected wrong. Entire brake assembly is screwed in to the front and a bolt is stripped so, one daughters big Christmas gift is ruined. It’s Christmas Eve trying to assemble these. Money is tight enough, they were shipped because we are both working parents. To send us a used bike with damaged parts is pretty low.

Mud flaps won’t attached without rubbing wheels. Tried all configurations. Bike isn’t as cute without them. No instructions came with. Can’t return bc tomorrow is Christmas.

Good bike. Instructions aren't complete

The bike was simple enough to put together since it was 90% pre-assembled. My biggest issue is that the instructions leave out two massive parts. 1. Installing the tire covers. 2. Hooking the brake line up to the hand brake. They also did not provide a tool that was the appropriate size to adjust the wheel brakes on the front to a higher position, nor to take off the front nut to install the front wheel cover. Just a couple mildly infuriating issues.

The brake line is way too big for the handle and won’t fit in. The instructions have no clarity at all on how to even install the front brake. The instructions in general are very wordy and not the most clear in terms of what you actually need to do. Very poor and disappointing to realize this right before Christmas.

Brake line will not attach when putting together. It is too big to fit into the slot it is supposed to go. Bike came with zero instructions and trying to find a video online is impossible. Too close to Christmas to return. Will set it up and figure out a return later.

While assembling the bike, I was unable to attach the left pedal to the crank arm. The right side pedal screwed into the crank very easily, but the left side will not screw in. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the threads on the pedal or the crank arm. I contacted the manufacturer directly requesting a new pedal in hope that would be the easiest way to solve the issue, but I haven't heard back. I purchased this for my 3 year old granddaughter for Christmas and really don't want to present her with a bicycle that she can't ride.
