Save your money, this is worthless.
This doesn't really cool down a 400 sq ft room, and it failed 2 weeks into using it. Every time there is any slight humidity, it freaks out. I have to drain it immediately even though there's only ever a tablespoon of water accumulated, and then it won't switch to cooling unless I get lucky. I tried contacting customer service and they basically said it wasn't their problem and didn't help at all.

This unit works great! I've had no problems with it whatsoever. It is a workhorse. Great value for the build quality! Smallfoot print, great design quality. No problem so far. I've run it two months straight. You'll need either a bucket, 5 gallon bucket while using the AC or the dehumidifier. In the humid Florida south here works great depending on the humidity outside. Depends on how much the bucket fills up. I use it only at night all night and it cools my room down to 70 and 68°. Love it. But some might See the use of a bucket to be a pain, you could get a condensation pump and a bucket and have a pump it out the window or to a drain.

Awesome ac unit
I am so glad that I decided to buy this. My bedroom is upstairs and in the summer it gets really hot even though I have central air. I put this in my bedroom and it cools off the whole upstairs in clouding my spare room. I would buy it again. I\'m so glad I can vent it out the window and I would recommend it to everyone.

This AC is Great
Easily cools down my 250 ft sq ft office in 110 plus degree weather. Did not seem to increase my bill at all, and I have it running at least 12 hours a day. It is reasonably quiet and throws out a lot of air on high. I usually have to turn it down to low. Make sure your windows are the right size for the hose and adaptor.

I bought this for my daughter\'s apartment just about the time it got really hot here in the Seattle area. It\'s in her bedroom, but she can turn it on & the cooler air will circulate into the rest of the apartment. She can sleep comfortably now.

So this is a great airconditioner . It works very well. Others had talked about it being loud, but to me it as loud as a normal air conditioner. My only complaint is where they put the digital read out. It is on the top of the unit, so unless you walk up to it, you can not see the temperature it is set at, or the mode it is on. I also think that because the display is on top, the supplied remote does not work well. You have to hold the remote at a high angle in order for it to work . Mostly, you have to get up and get above and closer to the unit. Other than that, it\'s working out quite well.

Great unit for its price
This device blows very cold air and keeps my bedroom cool. It\'s easy to set up and draws out a lot of cold air. The unit itself is well constructed with no obvious gaps or defects. This remote control works just as well across the room. It includes everything that uses it, air conditioning, hoses and window trim. Thank you so much for this air conditioner! Let me cool through the summer.

Best bang for the buck so far
This thing is pretty awesome actually, especially compared to a 5000 BTU window unit. I only have 2 issues and neither are a huge deal. The bottom filter is difficult to remove with the exhaust duct installed. Not that it\'s impossible, I just didn\'t push my luck trying to get it out. I vacuumed it instead of removing it and rinsing it. Also, it needs a control panel lockout button. The control panel is on top which if you have cats that like to jump on things means they can jump on it and turn it off or change controls etc. I fixed it by putting a small throw pillow on top which has helped

This AC unit work amazing it blows cold air all day long great at combating humidity. Super easy to roll around and move it's got a pretty powerful fan and it is a great buy. It's a little noisy is the only con but that is to be expected.

It has a quick installation guide and more manual information on how to set it up, which I think is very easy to set up and use. After installation, it has been working fine. It is no more noisy than other air conditioners, looks powerful, and cools the air effectively.

It is insanely loud
It cools like it says it will, but the compressor is insanely loud. there is noway anyone could sleep in the same room as the one i have. not sure if its a defect or what but it shakes the house and you can heat is across a 1500 sqft house.

My son is living in a house in an upstairs room without air conditioning. He bought this and has had a cool room ever since. The quick cooling ability is great. The value for the money is good and the quality of the air conditioner is good. We have been very happy with this.
