Q: Is this bottle supposed to have any type of seal or wrapper on the lid?  received it from a Shipt shopper and wasn’t sure if I should return it because there was no seal on it.

terrible costumer service
I received an email stating that my item was no longer in stock. It also mentioned that the substitute, cortisone 2 oz, were out of stock as well. When my husband walked into the store, he was able to get me not one but two containers of cortisone because it was a full wall of the product. i also want to mention that he picked up my order within 30 minutes of being notified that the order was ready. I'm happy with the product but very disappointed in the customer service

A winter staple in our house for calming eczema fl
We use Cortizone-10 Intensive Healing Eczema Care Lotion for my son mainly during the colder winter months, when dry air and colder temperatures tend to make eczema-prone skin more challenging to manage. It’s a product we keep on hand for those times when his skin needs extra attention. The lotion has a smooth texture, spreads easily, and absorbs without feeling heavy or greasy. It fits well into our routine during the winter, alongside regular moisturizing, and is easy to apply when needed. We don’t use it daily, but during the cooler months it’s helpful to have as part of our seasonal skin-care approach. It’s a practical option to keep available when eczema tends to be more noticeable. Overall, this is a product I appreciate having during winter as part of caring for eczema-prone skin.

Best eczema lotion
This has been the best eczema lotion I have ever used!! It brings immediate relief to my hands. It doesn’t leave my hands feeling greasy, but it moisturizes them so nicely. I have used the lotion on other parts of my body that have flare ups, but my hands are always the worst. There’s absolutely no fragrance to the lotion. I only wish that they sold this lotion in a bigger size.

I can’t stress enough on how it is getting a product that’s actually worth the price and meets the expectations we are looking for. It is so effective and smells decent.
