Bad outside Vendor

Horrible!!! Ordered these socks twice. The vendor sent the wrong size TWICE even though the correct size was on the outside of the shipping package. It’s a sham. I found this outside vendor has a bad track record. Don’t know why Target offers merchandise thru them?
