Terrible quality

The format wouldn’t allow me to give it zero stars but that’s what I feel it deserves. It honestly doesn’t even feel like fabric, more like some sort of plastic plastic like fiber. It’s that’s artificial feeling. Not soft or really fabric like at all. Looks & feels incredibly cheap. I can’t believe it was $38!!! Immediately returned! I’ve learned these 3rd party Target vendors are NOT good quality. I’ll steer clear in the future.
